I really like this channel cause it's not all about who has the nicest fastest cars that 99% of people will never be able to afford or be able to build. You also are an animal!
Glad to see this car go out with a bang. This thing would of already been in the yard crushed but it gets one last go with it being RWD.. How it should of came OEM.
Great vid, I like cuts to all the important bits. Most of the mid-engine Honda builds I see rarely make it to the driving stage. One bit of advice: reconfigure the rear suspension asap. It's set as FWD, which is usually designed with anti-dive geometry. When used in the rear, anti-squat becomes pro-dive (multiplies squatting on acceleration).
I feel it. I don’t plan on changing the geometry of it but I do plan to lower the front to match the ride or a tad lower so it’s almost level on acceleration for sure. The dive in the rear will transfer enough weight to almost guarantees traction
Man, not even joking this concept is my dream car, this or a CRX. Got a wild question for ya.. I've seen a build of a twin engine VW Scirocco rally car where it used two 1.8L motors. The thing that caught my eye is that it they had ran various setups, normally each engine supercharged. But sometimes one supercharged, one not. They never matched gears, or transmissions as it didn't seem to matter that much. They ran the front engine with an automatic transmission, and the rear with a 5 speed manual I think. I'd love to see a similar build with a Honda. I think it'd make a great autocross, rally, or just fun slide car. The automatic FWD would make a nice stabilizer in a slide as it will automatically downshift the more throttle you put. I'm not sure of the possibility with compatible parts (throttle, shifters etc) but a rear engine D series, with a front engine B would keep it a FWD bias car, kinda retaining the stock Honda handling, and vice versa would create a oversteer happy AWD car. Just a thought haha. I'd love to see a D16 rear, B20 front setup. Some big bore / big stroke up front, rear with something smaller for a flat out point and shoot driving style car. Plus you could just leave the rear engine out of gear, and FWD reliable daily hahaa. Would be weird to have the clutch down, give it gas, and it moves..
I was wondering how good a del sol would be a for side by side build. My grand idea is that i could put an B series in the front and then an H series in the back 😂 idk if it'd work but i believe the H and B series can use the same transmissions so i think its possible
Never thought I'd see Tennessee shit in Ohio. Love the work y'all put in. Keep this shit up! Fuck put a donation button on your page, Hell I'd love to help out. #RIPHarambe
I honestly plan to daily drive this one. I have a 93 dash, which deletes the passenger air bag. Heat for the cool nights, and I should be able to cruise with my daughter once the firewalls finished up.
The amount of work that he makes looks so easy is wild
I've always said that they should have come this way from the factory, and the execution of the swap (while super sketchy) is honestly genius.

Looks almost like it was meant to be rwd 😏 great work 👍
You are a master at your craft
Thank you. I enjoy these ones
Living every sol owners dirty dream. Been waiting on this one and wasn't disappointed!
I like how you treat hondas like legos
Great content as always man. Single handedly driving up honda prices near Ohio, indiania and michigan tho😂😂😂
Man, idk how your channel hasn't taken off, hidden gem. Your grafting skills are awesome!
I love how you’re such a lowkey yber thank you man for your creative builds ☝️♥️
I appreciate that. I love what I do
I don't think you understand how much I need this 🤣
What a great conversion 😮
Hell yeah I’ve always wanted to see it done and you did it

Bad ass man keep up the sweet videos
As always killing the game 💪
Love finding other Ohio creators
You are getting way to good at this.
Awesome job! This del sol is crazy💯💯.
That thing rips!
I got a couple vehicles I could use you're expertise with! Wish I wasn't so far away tho😢
Put 2 engines on this!
I’d love to see this build evolve into a real head turner.
Bro I’d buy that off you😂 that’s wild!

Great job,That’s awesome! The del solo should have been mid engine rear wheel drive from the factory anyway

@@Ruined4banger 😂🔥
Bro you are insanely good at this what the ffffffffffffggggffff brooooooooooo
Thanks for all the hard work. Take a .0100 off thebottom of cams on bench grinder . Free hp mega chop. Use skateboard bearings to make ajig or else
This is what they all were supposed to be. Well done. The toyota mr2 now has a worthy opponent 😄
So sick!!
I always thought the Del Sol was a prime candidate for a Mid engine rwd swap. I always envisioned a NSX drivetrain swap though.

You could easily sell that and get triple your money back lol. So cool
Love it 😊
Awesome build bro, are you still building the old bug?
That's a proper Honda project first drive. So when are you going to get one of your cars reviewed on regular car reviews?
That guy turned into such a cynical little twat never happy with anything
I had it in the rear quarters by the doors and behind the tail lights, never seen in it the trunk though.
I would like to note though, the car did survive 4 ohio winters.
I'm looking at the 4 door hatch over there
what did you do about the steering knuckles in he rear?
This is a threat, grind the cams ,lol...
Amazeballs

Sick dood
Just a quick question, how did you line the geometry? Or did you just eyeball it?
I KNEW IT!!! USING THAT ELECTRICAL CONDUIT FOR RADIATOR PIPES OMG. I FUCKING KNEW IT WAS POSSIBLE PIPES R PIPES
New rally car 🚙
What rear suspension you ended up using ?
bro i live in colorado basically the high desert its dry AF out here that rust is willllllllld i never see rust like that lol
Usually Ohio isn’t this bad but I have seen some rust
Whats the app called that tells you the bend placement?
ibend
@@Ruined4banger thanks man
Drift build for the 2024 season?
I honestly plan to daily drive this one. I have a 93 dash, which deletes the passenger air bag. Heat for the cool nights, and I should be able to cruise with my daughter once the firewalls finished up.
Hey where in ohio you at. I'm in ohio as well. I'm definitely doing this lol
Do you use gas or fluxcore?
I see gas bottles😊
Ya dun did it 😂
Now let me send you my 530hp turbo h2b del sol and have you do this
too crazy lol
Doing what honda should have done
Make it awd😂😂
Just ghetto rig some quarter panels and drift car
Everyone does fwd k series shit. But let’s just think about how a rwd k swapped del sol would be. And I don’t mean a k series from a si. S2000.
F'n awesome
