We had a similar situation in Asi the old 2007 series. The aunt was a lover of Ihsan but was kicked out pregnant and so she put her hatred in to her nephew Emir who became rich and came back for revenge, same as her and he bought Ausi's father's promissory notes from a loan shark but later changed his mind but nasty aunt went after them😅😂🤣. By the way if you have not seen it I recommend it(sorry I put a spoiler her)

Bueno por suerte no la obligo a casarse!. Va a ser interesante ver como el resto de la familia de Zeynep se va a adaptar en la casa con su nuevo estatus, siguen siendo muy inutiles todos sus familiares. Me dio mucha gracia la madre de Zeynep que quiso tomar el control y no pudo en absoluto!. La tia de Halil no se queda con muchos aliadados. Tiene mucho sentido que Zeynep no haya sido la persona que empujo a la madre de Halil pero temo que ese secreto no va a ser uno de los ultimos al ser revelado... Por ahora me sigue encantando el personaje de Zeynep 😍, espero que le conserven la personalidad.

Zyenep was terrified for few minutes starting at 13:00 until Halil left her alone then she collapsed because her feet were no longer in a condition to carry her anymore. No woman should go through anything like that. We as viewers knew that he is a decent person and he is not going to validate anything what she was thinking but for her was a nightmare. She doesn’t know him nor his intentions. I hope no one will consider this as romantic because it’s horrible and horrifying.

Oh this Halil is a master manipulator… the way he manipulated Zeynep into eating the bread and drinking the water, whew! Sure, a small part of him cares about her well-being, but the other part, likes to make a show of his controlling behavior… he gives her just enough comfort, so she lowers her guard, and then he reminds her that she is at his mercy…
This is also why he is not pressing charges and allowing her and her family to come back to the farm, as workers. He is giving this girl scraps and she is eating them for the sake of her family. But he is in for a rude awakening, because the harder he tries to control and “break” Zeynep, the stronger his attraction to her grows… cupids arrow has struck, so he can’t help but want to be close to her any capacity…
The whole point is that the manipulator becomes manipulated without noticing it 😍. But actually it is his aunt who is manipulating him, has done so for years, and he will go through a process of eye-opening thanks to Zeynep. Again I am reminded of Hercai - Miran and his babanne.

When he stares at Zeynep, he has a look of love, curiosity, admiration, animosity, pleasure, disgust, passion, and hatred… the look of hatred is on top. This is how he masks all the positive things he feels about her. Sometimes that mask slips, and he looks at her like she is everything he ever wanted… then he comes to his senses, and she’s back to being absolutely nothing to him… 😭😭😭 Seriously, this actor is very good at emoting that, lol.
Also, I like the fact that Zeynep isn’t afraid to meet his gaze. She is not shy about staring right back at him… it’s not as intense, but I love her strength and confidence. He is lucky she doesn’t look at him with any hatred at all, yet… she looks at him in defiance, attraction, and hope… she continues to have hope this man is going to be good to her and her family… 😩
I believe as season continues, the stares won’t be as prolonged … the stares will only get shorter once they confess their love for each other… and you know we have a long way to go, lol 😂

This is the first time I see Zeynep's mother doing something. So far all her family did was complain. The older sister began to come to her senses, but the mom and the younger sister were so selfish and disgusting, I could barely hold myself from shouting at them instead of Zeynep, especially since it was the mother's fault for keeping the whole gravity of the situation secret from everyone untill it was too late.
So now the mother is actually looking for her daughter and tells Halil how pure hearted she is. I liked it.
