Cypher really is such a cool character. I mean his kit is the perfect mix between passive, active, and well balanced in terms of strength in addition to him being a cool Moroccan information dealer with DRIP.
The music describes exactly how it is like playin cypher, just knowing your setup can secure the win for you,but this calmneas only goes away when your util is out and your a sitting duck, but thats usually when people make the mistake of assuming a cypher player is defenseless, mainly cause we still have a gun
