  • Half kneeling is a fundamental skill that enables us to transition from the ground to standing! Many struggle with maintaining balance at the bottom of a lunge or when balancing on one leg. Because this position removes the ankle as a contributor you can focus on other muscles in the spine or hip that help contribute to your balance.
