It should've already been Hawaii.. I have been preaching that for years now that Jamaica should've already been Hawaii twin,but when you have a corrupt government running the country,you cant expect any better. We are just now starting to build Jamaica after 30yrs in the hole.. it's terrible.

Interior is nice and very well maintained. This would be good for someone in the professional ranks or anyone visiting/doing business in Jamaica for a couple of years. I think Property Viewers shows more properties from St Ann than any other parish, would you agree?

Price is more than reasonable considering cable , internet water and maintenance is included and it is located in the primmest of location. To me that’s a steal.
This property didn't look ready for primetime at all. A few easy fixes and staging should have been done before the cameras start rolling but I guess someone will rent it.
I don’t understand how I’m Jamaica the prices for rent and buying outright can be pretty much the same as 1st world countries, without the same amenities, job opportunities and accessibility as their first world counterparts. Where is the logic, pricing it’s citizens out of their own land?
Technically, the rent is approximately USD 1,100 after bills are paid, and renters only need to pay for electricity. No, where 1st world can you rent a fully furnished house in a prime location so cheap. This is a bargain rental for the location and quality fixtures and furniture. The sale price for houses in this area would be 30-35 Mil @ 10% deposit. You will be looking at a mortgage of approximately JMD250k, including insurance. Asking rent JMD170k (USD1,100@155) after bills.
@@otesreid3060 You are correct, but one clarification-I live in this area and the listing price for homes like this in a gated community is now at least JMD 45 million ($300,000 USD). This corridor from Discovery Bay to Ocho Rios, going through Tower Isle to Boscobel is in very high demand and there is a lot of commercial development going on especially in Drax Hall.
