This shows how to create an "opposite hand" version of a part in such a way that the part will update based on the original with no sketching or redrawing in general required.

Just for reference, when your placing the second part, in the assembly, just right-click and choose "Place Grounded at Origin". Then your constraints are automatically chosen, grounded, and match the original part file's relative association to (0,0,0), respectively.
    Thanks for the vid!

Thank you! I thought I could only use derive to mirror. I'm assuming the properties will mirror with this too so it's not just a picture of the mirror.

Man I am trying to create an opposite hand in a sheet metal file. It is going through all the motions but there is no solid being in my new part. Any suggestions.

Please, prepare your hardware, prepare your lessons, before starting to put a video on you tube. We are not interested to know whether your sound works yes or no, we assume that we get sound. People will look at your video, and understand that they are wasting there time.

Thanks for uploading but honestly, to fast, to garbled and far far to messy to be of any instructional value.
