"She" keeps doing it until "her" children get sick of it and are so angry with her and themselves they go out and get revenge for it, most likely by killing the people that hurt them ("here it comes, get ready to die!") A good example of this would be the school shootings that go on around the country. But it can also mean different things for different people. Like with me, I'm a survivor of physical, emotional, and verbal abuse from both my biological mother and my stepmother. "No mommy, don't hit me" is something I'd always say during my beatings. It really is fascinating how people interpret that section of the song.

At least this is my opinion, since I had the same experience a few years ago.
