Very Well Ridden Matt! That Journey was Awesome!Your Editing on this is Amazing! Speed up of footage is Brilliant and all music is on point! One of your best I think.I think you are a very Couragous! Dude! I couldn't ride down some of those descents I haven't got the balls! but Man you have and I'm sure others who watch this will appreciate what you bring to us on RUclips!
Roger I missed this nice comment somehow. Thank you for the kind words. Of all my antics Car Wreck scared me the most. I was scared at the three big features of the trail and almost crashed hard on one where I was off the bike and running with it between my legs down the trail. The music saved the slow decent that actually happened. I appreciate your compliments, thank you.
Hi Matt; Just found your channel. love what you do. I'm glad you don't eat Cheeseburgs on You Tube. Riding is awesome for sure. I never liked YT videos with music but your choice of tunes on this one rocks the house, Love that band and the tunes just seem to flow with your rides. Can I make a suggestion? If you want more bump performance is there a way you could install 29 inch tires on the Sondors? I think it can be done. My friend owns a Sondors and he loves the bike. Rock on.....
Hey Jim Thanks for watching my channel. I had a lot of fun doing it. I still have the bike. There’s another guy on RUclips who made a Niner mullet, and I always wanted to try it. It’s so hot here in Southern California. I think all the trails are on fire as we speak. I think that music is my friend’s band and he turned into a born again Christian so he said I could have all the rights to his music . Well, I’m glad you found me. I’m gonna make a new video this fall cause I moved and I want to give everyone an update.
May I suggest a GoPro chest mount? They’re pretty comfortable and you have access to them if you need to change settings or whatever. Pretty good size park….BUT NO EBIKES🤣
Yes I’ve have issues. Just want to be fair: I beat the bike like it owes me money. I been through 4 chains and the rear cassette/freewheel, the suspension needed upgrade and I upgraded the cockpit like simple pleasures MTB did his, I bent my stock handlebars and seat. I bent the derailleur and now trying to find out why my chain falls off when it gets shook real bad. I am chasing transmission issues. I expect to replace the rear hub soon. I changed the front shocks to Rockshox Lyric, rear is DNM “torch” with 750 lb. spring. I need to change rear brake pads every 300 miles. Been through one rear and one front tire. Just under 800 miles on my bike. I ride it really hard so take that into consideration. When you do get your bike ese, your gonna be happy af. Thanks for watching my stuff. 🤘🏼👍🏼
@@MattHaley I have heard a lot of stories about similar issues. I feel like a Rockstar is a great base to start, but eventually, you are going to want to upgrade a lot of things such as hubs, chains, suspension, etc. I guess it comes with the ability to get to tougher trailers quicker, and handling them much faster. Sort of like buying a stock Jeep, then a year later ending up with a Genright 4 link kit. It just happens when you adapt much quicker than you plan.
@@madakira exactly $3,300 entry and gives you a good platform to build on, like a Harley: you put pipes on it, Jeep you put better suspension, BMW’s down pipe and inter cooler, everything is better modified. That’s why mods exists to make everything better than stock. Thanks for your comment and watching my stuff, I’m just a dude having fun.

Rock it looks like a pretty badass trail. Really rocky just how I like it
We should make a trip down that way🤙🏻
200+ yards of solid stone in that section…Rock-It was gnarly, but Car Wreck scared me. Almost as much as the ranger .
@@MattHaley 😜
Germany spoiled plans but I’m back in black, curated tours of the gnar in my hood offered here, I’d love a visit from some Rockstars.
Matt, where ya at? Hope all is well
What’s up brother! Causing trouble I see😁🤘🏻
Come on man, the high def version isn’t even up yet! 👍🏻😎
Entertaining video as always Matt. Thank You!
Thanks brother

Hey Matt, you ever have any mechanical issues with your Rockstar??? I ordered mine but won't get it until February. 😭😭😭
