Simone needs to look at Pellegri as an example of what not to do as a young player. He should stay humble and continue developing in tranquility at Udinese. The last thing he needs at a tender age is to do a Pellegri or a Casadei. Being lured by the riches of foreign / bigger clubs, only to disappear into obscurity. At Udinese, he has already made his first team debut. If he goes to a big club now, he will either stagnate sitting on benches or get demoted back to the juniors.

Great talent. Left footed but can use his right fairly well, fast and technical feet, and good at shifting defenders to make things happen. Hopefully he keeps a cool head and lets himself develop a bit more into the Udinese first team and Italy have a serious world beater in their hands.
He doesn’t currently play at Udinese, not in the senior team anyway. Although he’s still so young it’s not an issue. However, Baldanzi at Empoli is looking to be a great trequartista. Only 20 years old and some Serie A sides are looking at him although I hope he stays at Empoli for another season or two just to be sure of regular playing time.

Casadei didn't disappear. He was in Chelsea U21 and he Is training with the senior squad right now. Pellegri's problems were injuries
