Last white jersey ODI was oct 2000, India vs ZIM. Don't know exact reason but this is what i feel is the increasing sponsors, brand logos may caused to make Color jersies permanent. On white jersey, only small main sponsor name is given, where as on color jerseys, one or more sponsors, especially on sleeves, backside is possible. Now see in IPL, top to bottom full of logos.
