That's debatable. But PUBG is a hot mess. While NA seems to be somewhat ok right now, EU has the worst state ever in terms of rubberbanding/desync/delay and the update didn't change much about that, OCs matchmaking doesn't work which makes the game literally unplayable there, SA doesn't have FPP duo matchmaking, ...
You can have the greatest game concept of all time but if you don't get the basics sorted it's still a bad game. I got my hopes up again for a while but it seems that every single decision bluehole makes is the most stupid one could think of. The frustration once again surpasses the fun for me.
