The devil fruits being attracted to perfectly suited people makes so much sense when you look at devil fruit users like the "jacket-jacket fruit." It kinda makes you think how the split-split fruit fits into Buggy's personality.

Blackbeard having a devil fruit in his ring or another object is a crazy but great idea. But it all makes me wonder if the will inside BB devil fruit craves more power or other DF's for some reason too, cause he seems obsessed with hunting them down ever since he first ate it.
Yes i agree, i think we might get to the point where Blackbeard can absorb ALL fruits. Like what if his awakening is a giant black hole that eliminates all powers but his. And luffy “dreams/hopes/wishes” that he was still rubber and he makes it happen, and other people “imagine” themselves having their fruit back too and then they win. I just read about the Dream Stealer and one of its effects is if one's dream is stolen they cannot sleep. I believe Blackbeard's dream was stolen when he was young(why he's crying under the moon). But one day he learned Devil fruits could fulfill dreams so Blackbeard studied the Devil fruit Encyclopedia. He learned the secret of the Yami Yami no Mi and that it could nullify df power as well as the possibility of it being able to steal dreams from Devil fruits

Oden’s Journal could contain any of the things they learned but both Momo and Yamato realise that the pages with all the important stuff on were torn out.
Momo learned enough to say “it’s true that I cannot die…” and to make the decision to keep Wano closed so while I’m sure the torn pages are very important, there’s a lot of other stuff in there too that says a lot about the future

One piece is starting to remind me a lot of AOT right now. Titans inherit memories/will. It seems it’s probable that devil fruit users inherit will and potentially memories/personality directly through devil fruits. I’m interested to see what Oda will clarify.
The theory I like the most which correlates a lot to this is that while DF’s find the user who would best work with their fruit, there’s still a difference. Luffy’s always been someone who craves freedom and adventure, the same as Nika. Yet time and time again, he constantly says “I’m not the hero, hero’s have to share their food”. Luffy was never the “Liberator”. However on that roof he finally found the determination to liberate Wano, and thus achieving a perfect resonance with his fruit allowing for the awakening
he may not be the one to share his food, but he definitely has been the liberator since Usopp, Nami's introduction when he saved their whole village from oppressing pirates. and he never shied away from throwing parties with his crew's money (which Nami claimed her own) to anyone willing to join.

It’s wano when he finally wants to free “everyone” he wants to stop Kaido not just for one person or one group, but for everyone he’s oppressed.
Plus the food and parties aren’t liberation, it’s just Luffy wanting to party and doesn’t care if others join in.
@@liamsalb620 you're contradicting yourself here bud, you said earlier Luffy always mentioned he never shared his food (which he only said once), so he's not a hero and never a liberator. Even in Wano, he only fought because of his promise and friendship with Momo, nothing else. But at the end of the day he liberated Wano just like he did many other towns and countries, only the outcome matters - not that whom he did it for. So he has always been a liberator. As for why he was finally able to awaken his fruit, that's a whole different theory - one of which Kaido mentioned - you awaken your fruit when your body and mind catches up to its power. Which he did, by being persistent throughout his life, pushed so hard in his fight till Kaido and didn't want to give up even when he was about to die.
@@NaNa-cq8ck I mean not really? Sure Luffy is a liberator because he’s helping his friends but Wano is the first place where he stopped the villain not for a friend, but the entire community, for people he didn’t know.
He saved alabasta for Vivi, he saved Skypiea cause they got in his way + Conis. In wano he started the fight for otama, but at the end he finished it for all of wano.
Plus it’s a theory, who knows what Kaido meant by “your mind and body need to catch up” hell “mind” could be “desire” or “dreams” or anything of the sort.

Oro Jackson was the name of Roger's ship so I think JacksonBanner is literal in that he is the banner of the ship. The swirls and the color of his hair matches well with Roger's Jolly Roger's mustache. Oro might go well with Wizard of Oars theory that Oars the First was Joyboy. And if the initials of JacksonBanner and Joyboy match, it wouldn't be surprising if Joyboy, like JacksonBanner, also had an afro. Maybe what we are seeing on JacksonBanner's head is literally the one piece like he was the last one to wear the afro.

On a small scale, during the fight against Kaido, when he grabbed the ground to lift a rubber wall to repel Kaidos blast, Ruffy already changed the environment permanently. After that attack he sat on that same wall that used to be rubber now hard as a rock once again.
I'm pretty sure you just solved the One Piece mystery, if isn't exactly as you say its at least 90%😂 I can see Luffy, Usopp, Chopper, and Franky laughing now as they each put on the Afro, plus it'd be great because Luffy would be the first one to put it on and he almost always goes to sleep on long stories so it would be convenient for someone like him

Amazing theory once again. I have a similar theory coming out, but it’s not coming out as soon as I told my subscribers I would release it. So I will tell them to check out your video.
Some of the points you bring up is identical to my theory. Are brains use the same satellite lol. I like all the examples of paramecia and logia having personalities that match their fruit. They way I approach this is to both prove that point but also show that DF awakening doesn't just enhance pre existing powers but introduce new(but actually old) powers. This done to show that it is not a coincidence that Robin was known as the devil child and also awakened a devil form via her DF powers.
I Really like the part in which you brought up Pell. I hadn't thought about them in a while and that really put things in a whole new perspective.

I'm pretty sure that the one piece is going to be a comic that's basically self-referential to the manga self. This matches up with a lot of the Theology and philosophy that one piece as sort of laid the groundwork for in terms of a checkered fate and how the day and the night come one after another forever. Spiritually it is overcoming of the self that is the path to Enlightenment which is the past that Luffy is on, so it would be interesting to see if imu is actually either the other half of Joy boy or just joyboy himself. The final piece of knowledge and understanding is of the journey itself and the understanding that the opponents and the Allies are all part of the same one existence. The one piece.
Crazy theory but hear me out. To start, let's look at what Roger exactly said when laughing at Laughtale. "Joyboy, I... wish that I had lived in the same era as you." This could actually have way more of a deeper meaning than we actually realize. This is for the fact that Roger's own wish may have actually been granted.
Firstly, we should consider that the old/first Joyboy could be the one who made the devil fruits based on what people wished for. It was stated that Luffy's fruit is bound to his imagination, so it wouldn't come as a surprise if making people's wishes into reality was a power that Luffy/the first Joyboy wields. Perhaps something at Laughtale gives you a chance to wish for something and it can become a reality. Even if that wasn't the case, perhaps it tells you that Luffy's fruit/the old Joyboy was capable of making your wish a reality. That could lead into Roger's wish and him laughing. Perhaps him and the crew were even laughing in utter disbelief and he wished for that jokingly, however, he never knew that it could actually become true.
Secondly, we should consider that, once you awaken your fruit, you actually embody more of the will from previous users to a much higher degree. In other words, take the scene of Luffy's hearbeat/the drums of liberation. Zunesha literally stated that Joyboy returned when Luffy was in the middle of awakening his fruit. For the sake of this theory, let's just say that Luffy is now Joyboy.
Taking this all into account, Roger's wish may have actually been granted. However, considering that Joyboy can refer to multiple people now, Roger's wish can go either way. It could mean that his wish would bring him to the era with the Joyboy from the past and it could also mean that his wish would bring him to live in the era with the Joyboy from the future.
So, could it be possible that Roger is still alive right now because of his wish?

You know one of the things I keep thinking of is the Genesis legend and One Piece. I mean you have Adam Trees, Eve Trees and Devil Fruits which could just as easily be connected to fruit of knowledge. Eve was persuaded to eat by the snake / devil, right?
I know this is quite an old video, but i've just recently found your channel and have been going through a lot of your videos. two questions. 1. do you still stand with this theory? I don't remember anything that would go against this theory but I don't pay as much attention to each page as you might. 2. Do you think poneglyphs could have a will? Or atleast the Rode poneglyphs. If inanimate objects can have will, than would that be something that may explain why the one missing rode poneglyph that's supposed to be in fishman, is gone. I think I saw a recent video of yours on that where you said it was ace's original right hand man, but what if will was also involved? is that a possibility, as it may be reason to why it dissapeared, not that it simply ran off, but allowed itself to be taken away. and it may be similar with big mom and Kaido's rode poneglyphs, where it seems that although they strive for the one piece, they don't seem to know the importance of the rode poneglyph. Rode poneglyphs seem to have an unknown function to most of the pirates striving for it.

I wanted to point out Blackbeard's connection to - let's say - cosmos or universe or however you want to call it. He said Darkness is Gravity, he uses moves like black hole. What is exactly black hole? Even if we don't know what it exactly is, we know it 'devours' everything, even light. What if Blackbeard's ability to devour different fruits is part of Yami Yami no Mi? Like devouring the will of other fruits making it your own in the process. You talked a lot about people who can awaken, if they are compatible with fruits. What if blackbeard makes fruits be compatible or rather work with him? Like enslaving them, which would be again the opposite of liberating Luffy. And while he enslaves the fruits, he loses the ability to awaken them, as he is not compatible with their will.

afro is the one piece cuz brook literally stored the copies of ponegliphs in afro in whole cake island
The gorosei mentioned "no matter the era" i wonder if 800 years ago it was a repetition of what happened 1600 years ago, 2400 years ago and so on, an endless loop of hope and wills united demanding freedom, until joyboy is finally able to accomplish his promise.
And in every 800 year cycle the WG were never able to get the nika fruit in order to break the loop in their favor, as if their will is not enough to get a hold of the fruit. at the same time, it gives me the impression that BBs fruit is the complete opposite of luffy's, being it maybe the will of the WG generated through milenia to counter Nika. If BB touches Luffy in nika form, luffy/nika/joyboy loses his freedom (the exact desire/will of the WG). this would make sense in Roger having arrived to laghtale too early (he had the haki to bend the BBs fruit, but not the Nika fruit). So finally in this current era, the person with strong enought will/haki and matching desires of freedom from the past, is luffy, who will finally break the loop.
This is a theory I haven’t been able to put into words up-till now but your video game me this idea, You can only awaken the fruit that has chosen you but if the fruit has chosen someone else only way to inherit it would be to kill the previous owner. which is why shanks was shocked at first when luffy ate the fruit as he meant it for ace and why he didn’t seek ace out because he wanted the fruit to choose ace on its own (i mean why would you steal THE MOST IMPORTANT FRUIT and then just sit around the town without really searching for ace or gaurding the fruit that you just stole and leave right after luffy ate the fruit ), it would also explain why blackbeard had to kill thatch and
But what if…. Luffy had always been joy boy? There’s a fruit that showed itself in the series that has yet to resurface. The toky toky no mi, what if Luffy somehow is transferred back in time. The reason Roger and his crew know when joy boy will return etc is because joy boy aka Luffy told them. The one piece could tell him how not to fail this time around like a letter from a future version of himself. Luffy and his crew are pretty comical as is the adventure they’ve went on. This probably isn’t the case but it could be just as strong as many other theories with more time to develop.
Awakening is very confusing because death makes a person awakened then what about ace , does it also depend on strong will more than death to awaken because ace lost hope after punched by akainu that he cant live anymore 🤔🤔

I think you are overthinking this a little bit. I think df just has the ability to conceal and reveal its presence to anything with sentience. So the reason why the government probably struggled to catch the fruit is because it probably revealed its presence to living things nearby when the government was around whether it was a dangerous animal when the marines were close to it. The nika df has probably had many users the past 800 years but none of those users had the will of Joyboy or Nika until Luffy at the fruit.
All the Nika fruit did was reveal its presence to Luffy, Luffy still hax the choice and freedom to eat the fruit or not.
Well, with things like the voice of all things and Haki, the fruits may as well be able to comunicate with people at least in a subconscientious level. People eating devil fruits just because they happened to be hungry near them is a pretty consistent gag If you get what I mean. Like the Devil was tempting them to it the forbidden fruit type of stuff.
I notice this trend with shounen where it starts off as the protagonist's dream but the further we go into the story, we learn that it's fate that brought him to this moment/journey. Idk how I feel about that. It's like everything MC does is determined by fate from the beginning.
So shounen is just copying real life. All of us have a Fate that the Creator established, whether if you like it or not, and your free will choices create your "destiny" that lead to the "fate" God set in motion for your story/life

ppl underestimate the size of the one piece world those islands are the size of continents i forgot exacactly how big alabasta was but ik it was big af like dressrossa was the insane but its the average size of an island might even be on the small side bc places like wano is just insane but in dressrosa viola said she could see 4000km(2484miles) in all directions in a birds i view and she was roughly in the center of the island but she still couldnt see certain things happening so in the center so the island is already atleast 8000km if she in the center and could see 4k all around and still couldnt see things thats atleast 5k miles length and 5k width not counting greenbit or whatever its called tbh its actually bigger than that since she couldnt see certain things the width of the largest continent irl is 8500km(5300 miles) and 11000km (6800miles)legth thats bigger than our moon and since dressrossa is an average or even smaller sized island imagine how big the ones like wano are or how big the islands they actually call continents are
I think Luffy will be the only one who will cry after finding such a treasure - he does not want a boring adventure. Life as a pirate who can travel the world whenever he wants and where he wants will lose its meaning for him. There will be nothing in this world that he can discover, because he will already know everything. It will be the worst possible treasure that he has devoted his whole life to finding.
What if in MarineFord when BB put that tarp over WB he just killed him right, straight finished him off then when the will of the devil fruit came out to try to find a new fruit to host BB used his Darkness ability to draw it into him just like how he draws ppls bodies in. Maybe he’s using his darkness to pull in a person by they’re will!!!! And he did that to the will of the quake quake fruit n since it wasn’t in a person anymore he could just keep it absorbed unlike a wen the devil fruit already has a user

I feel this so much. After luffy's fruit was "revealed" (although, I actually think its just a rubber fruit... I talk about it in other videos) EVERYONE was theorizing about other god fruits lol. It was like Oprah: "you get a god fruit! you get a god fruit! everyone gets a god fruit!"

Why didn’t certain devil fruits seek out certain people then? Zoro and Sanji’s willpower is much greater than other characters, including Devil fruit users, yet the invisibility fruit never came to Sanji despite him wishing for it for years. Same with a devil fruit that would make Zoro a better swordsman
Just because you’re strong or want a certain fruit doesn’t make you a good match automatically. Given how often zoro and Sanji have been in the water in the series to help the crew/save themselves, I think the crew/luffy is better off without them having fruits lol

Yup. My afro theory was that afros contain memories and I love that vegapunk is proving more and more that maybe the one piece is an afro that has the accumulation of the memories of the void century or joyboys time. I also got pointed out that gaimon has a panel with a memory in his afro!! That's really insane. All I will say is that brook is very important to what the one piece might be. I might make a part two with this update by vegapunk.
