I bought a switch-bar type of deal, but I love that you made ypur own...you made it uniquely YOURS. Doesnt really get better than that. And you can always swap it out later if you'd like. 👌🏽👍🏻
2 helpful things if you ever do another one, del city sells nicer quality sockets with 12 inches of lead wire for cheap, or even better Amazon sells make your own kits with blank plugs and the pins, so you can even color match your output wires to accessories if you want. Also on that fuse block the wire inside it that feeds the blown lights will back feed 7v of power to the circuit even if the fuse is blown so I’d snip it lol
Hey man! Is it bad to run the battery power wire directly to the fuse panel? Trying to do all this wiring on my LS Swap and Im just doing the basics. Any way we could chat about it? Thanks!
I don't look like it's too bad I'm getting ready to do a painless harness on my third gen Firebird still waiting on one relay it's supposed to be about another week it's always fun when you get to spend money and make stuff for your hot rod have fun later bye
without a bulkhead for the rear will an open battery like that pass tech? in my 4th gen i have a sealed one but it is way too big to put the interior panel back in
It being strapped down with the holder that goes across the top I think it should pass tech, I mean I've seen guys do it especially in the bed of a race truck with or without a bed cover and still able to race.
@@teamsharpracing9943 ok cool yeah I have fuse panel built but the toggle other then tbe battery cut off seems nice like to do that and wire to my main toggle switch
@Cooper Weilacher It's definitely a plus being able to shut down the system inside the car, I'll see if I can get what you need this weekend. If you have Instagram find me and we can message on there!
Wish you'd have video'd THAT...I am tryna build the confidence to do MY 92...Im in pretty deep...built motor, chassis and tranny. Modular everything. But I got the dash and nearly all my wiring tore out. Lol Good work Mate...!
No offense, but the flip switch panel isnt one of a kind. I had one exact same layout in my drift car. Except my flip switches were in straighter lines. 👍👍.
Looks fantastic. Very clean wiring
There are a ton of videos on this specific topic but this is exactly what I've been searching for. Appreciate it.
Thanks bro glad it helped!
I really like this video, this actually helped a lot with my understanding of wiring for racing applications

Absolutely brother thank you for that! Might have been much easier to get the pre-made setup but like you said it's unique 😊
I think you done an incredible Job !!!!!!!!... I like the DIY
Love it. Simple clean and great.

Definitely take that into consideration thanks for the tips man!
Good work on the wiring panel
Thank you!
I’m using a Rebel 16 circuit harness and plan to use Omron relays for my larger amp components. “33” factory five hotrod.

@@teamsharpracing9943 Sweet! Just sent you a DM
Heck yeah pretty cool car .
Thanks brother!
Do you remember what size wire you used to feed the circuit board from the battery, and what size crimps
I believe it was 4 or 6 gauge welding cable from amazon!
@Team Sharp Racing
Thanks bro. I just ordered the same panel.
@@Moparbarnett88 heck yeah if you have any more questions lmk!

I think it turned out great, putting your time and effort in definitely makes you feel good!
How many amps is the fuse box rated for and what gauge wire u running for power?
It is rated for 100amps, from the battery to the fuse box I ran 4AWG welding cable/wire

I think you need to "isolate" the battery from the inside and have a vent to the outside of the car if mounted inside of the car

can u draw up a diagram to have tbe switch then on fuse panel I'd like to do what size wire did you use?
I can try to get a diagram drawn up, I believe the wire size is 14 or 16 gauge

Good morning
not sure but it looks like you have a 15 amp switch feeding your relay panel with 6 30/40 amp relays........much respest for doing it your self
I took it a step further. I built 3 different relay panels and completely rewired my 92 Camaro
