There's a wiki page actually on this event and all the difficult orders! Here I'll paste what the wiki says for gumball
"A cake of the specified size with cream flavor and 4 or less dollops of frosting that matches the given color, as well as any drawing with the Magic Lettering Pens topping" (also, only click the green option, clicking the yellow deducts hearts)
So for example here 1:52 he's asking for a 2-tier choco cake with 4 or less dollops of choco frosting with some edible pen drawings

"only click the green option" THE ONLY EXCEPTION is moon rabbit cookie. You have to click the yellow option first and then the green options
even the wiki is confusing.
The only reason I got 3 hearts from gumball is because he requested a cream cake but that’s confusing because all the flavors end in “cream” so I have no idea which one he’s talking about

the key is to actually follow the directions yes, but u have to like spend time scribbling something on ur cake bc when i retried on my third attempt and spent time drawing an angry face gumball gave me 5 hearts

RUclips doesnt always have answers! You should look for guide sheets or wiki pages.. but for the best if you cant find none, you can ask the questions and remember the order and redo it later after inviting him again.
Add silky milk any tier the recommended: put 4 of the milk frosting and then use the pen make sure to use the white one
For gumball cookie i got artsy blueberry and i think its the easiest because all i did was just put lots of blueberries (cake,frosting and toppings, for deco pen i just use sprinkles)

Artsy Cream means Sliky Milk, you have to use all the frostings once, Then draw something with the pen.

What I did what use all of the gel pen colors since he wants an art master piece, then used 4 dollops of strawberry icing around the edges. Just make sure that he sees it as an artistic masterpiece!

How I got 5 hearts is adding 1 frosting of what he asked the cake to be with then adding a lot of sprinkles
