I’m learning with The Woobles and their videos are awesome! The Easy Peasy Yarn is a lot easier to work with as a beginner because it doesn’t split! I also appreciate the fact that in addition to the step by step for each kit, there are how to crochet in general videos put out by the Woobles and there’s just something about how Justine teaches crochet that makes it so easy!
The Woobles has larger yarn to make an easyer plush vs the other kit which Has tiny yarn and doesn’t start the hardest part of a Wooble, the magic circle for you. So personal the Woobles is better in most ways.
Thank you. I'm always thinking of budget, so my first one was Temu one. Haven't made it up yet. Just ordered a wooble kit on eBay. Because they don't send to Australia...
I thought cross stitch and crochet is different because I've done both and crochet is with a crochet hook and cross stitch was on like some kind of felt type material and you sewed the yarn in the paper. Also the wooble yarn is called Easy Peasy Yarn because you can see the stitches
I learned from the woobles and now have purchased some from temu and tiktok, i have been writing out all the temu products so i can do it in the future
out of the comparison, I would agree that the woobles are way more worth the money because you are paying for the lessons along with the materials which the woobles doesn't have useless tools in it also actually has the back of the eyes. If the woobles has an extra eye set, than I think that is great because it is a Complete Set as opposed to the Temu one. If I was going to buy one of these for my granddaughter it would be the Woobles hands down.
this doesn’t do the woobles justice at all. the video says the woobles doesn’t come with “yarn” it comes with “t shirt material.” this is 100% incorrect. the woobles comes with simple tubular yarn (like bernat maker home dec). the tube yarn helps beginners not have to deal with cheap splitty yarn. the extra safety eye in the packs is great cause when you start out you usually don’t have safety eyes on hand yet! the fact that the title says cross stitch and not crochet i should’ve known it was gonna be a poor review💀

Interesting. Thanks for the comparison.
Wow, great comparison video, Lori! If I were looking for a beginning cross stitch kit I'd definitely try the Temo kit first.
