loved it. what would also help is giving the names of each material part (hinges, type of wood pieces called, what type/size screws) and what type of tools used. for a newbie handyman would help a lot to know what to ask for @ home depot for instance when buying parts :)
I randomly chose these ones, it went out quite nice Three "legs": 140, 140, ~130 sm Moving part: 60 sm Other parts: 20 (upper one), 70 (vertical one), 40 sm
Well I can tell you I am a carpenter, it’s because he ofcourse, leaves it up to the builder to decide their own height measurements etc. Relax, don’t overthink it, trust me! ;)
its a great project but, can you help me with the measurements? in the video they are not seen completely, the video is cut off and it does not allow all the measurements to be seen well. Hope and heard from you hope and read from you soon
Simple and well done, unfortunately, in my country, building one is as expensive as buying a premade : it's like a 5bucks difference but when you count in the time of work it basically ends up costing the same
Great project!! 1000x cheaper to build than to buy and it looks like it was made from a manufacture shop! Two large thumbs up!! But what I'd like to know is... How do you keep that "slider bar" from falling down if you have something sitting on it? Perhaps, by drilling 1/4" holes through the 1x1 upright it slides up and down on, you could insert a small piece of dowel or a peg to keep the bar from falling or sliding down? I dunno!
Well, if it doesn't stay by friction, you can insert a screw on the back of the slider so you can lock it in place. A less invasive way may be to insert something thin between the sliding parts. Hope it helps

Final thoughts? Yes. WTF is with the half-raped child’s doll on the shelf upper left frame at around 4:00 ?!

How do you stop the weight of the picture pushing the crossbar down?
It stays by friction and/or torsion. I tried to keep it very low cost, but you can use a screw on the back to secure it
Bom dia! Quais são as medidas das madeiras pra confecção deste cavalete???

Bonjour très beau. Possible d'avoir le plan détaillé des mesures de tous les tasseaux pour faire le chevalet merci

Water based black paint...Im guessing the video said if you paint in house use a water based paint...😀😀hope that helps!!
What are material required for making this woodworking project
It looks like 1by 2, which means it is o.5x1.5” actually in Canada wood shop
Im struggling with the slide. How do I get it stable? It keeps sliding down

Btw name this also as how it's in the english dictionary as: easel . Will help with s.e.o and video views
What's price

how big is the canvas at the end?

With Scale (Measurement) is highly suggested.
You can show in box😊
Next time buy some brass screw cups, also drill the pieces first and then glue and screw together at the same time.
