I think that all girls are under 50kg, and if you watching with 0.25 speed you will see that all weights that guys take is when they arms are fully extended over head. Also girls are all time in phase of tight muscles so it makes boys job lot easier. But for sure every last of guys was hurt in some moment, it's very dangerous to repeat this type of lifting every day, multiple times per day, no matter how strong you are.
@@ДушанБогдановић-ъ6с yes, it’s vital that the girls have awesome core strength & focus on keeping their core tight when doing these stunts for better balance which makes lifting & holding them easier for the guys. This is why the girls often have amazing abs- due to focusing on their core strength!! (Focusing on your core is also important when doing ballet en pointe, as it helps you stay on toe/stay balanced- although didn’t produce the abs these girls have, lol, as we had other things we had to focus on that’s different than the cheerleaders…. I looove watching them doing these stunts with the men, the strength these men possess is incredible & the girls skills too! Watching these videos is addictive, haha!!
It's just so inspiring for training watching this. Like just the basic indoor training, girls back flipping, guys pushing them up on one arm, Stricklin is always cool to watch.
The guys and girls who do this are definitely athletes. This takes starting at a young age and tons of practice just to make it look so easy. Much respect and admiration. 😊
An amazing sports performance artform, this could actually become an Olympic event. There is definitely serious athletic talent, teamwork, practice and strength applied to reach this level of skill.
I love watching Caylee and Kat because they always look so happy even when doing hard stunts. But this video is awesome, all the skills are hard and interesting. Who's the girl in pink? She's so smooth with her stunts.
I find myself watching the men more than the women. The timing and strength of the men is amazing. They are so intensely focused on the body signals of the women. It is really astonishing to watch. The women are all amazing, too, of course. How is any of this humanly possible?!!
As the guy partner, you've gotta have SERIOUS strength to pull these stunts off. Just check out @0:49 min et sequitur. She is gonna scream at you every time you falter. The game really starts @4:22 min.
That skill is based on a circus skill called Adagio. In the circus environment, it is often practiced by two similar-sized people (of any gender). If you want to see a video, a good one is called
@@prestok 1st, I am not afraid of "trans" persons because there is no such thing. Second, cheer is not based on circus moves. And C, no guy is going to toss a 100 kilo guy who has a mental disorder into the air and think this is the new norml. Use your brain and stop always trying to label people as phobic, just because you feel the subject matter at hand is real.
@prestok everyone is transphobic except a small percentage of Crazy ass wokies. You will never force all of us to play make believe with you. We are already fighting back at every turn
The girls are incredible, but so are the guys!! Hustling 50-60 kilo´s in one arm straight up, and keeping the balance is no joke. My respects!

@@ДушанБогдановић-ъ6с wait till this sport get hit with the trans movement and these dudes are told to toss 80 to 100 or more kilos into the air.
agree one hundred percent, that's some serious skill from both parties.

This was fantastic so fun and inspiring to watch!
This is extremely impressive. To develop that level of skill, must have taken years. I wonder at what age did they start? And, great job, well done..

Зачем они в конце сгибают левую ногу в колене?

That's not cheerleading, it's gymnastics disguised as cheerleading.
Why are you yelling at practice? It also prevents you from doing the exercise.
