After the success of Sleeping Beauty, Aladdin promises to be the most fun-filled family pantomime ever seen at the theatre.
CBeebies Cat Sandion will be playing the role of Jasmine in our festive offering Aladdin. Cat, one of the leading presenters on the Bafta award winning channel is best known for her singing and dancing, she brings her energetic moves and catchy songs to many preschoolers and parents alike with her new hit show 'Magic Door!' Cat has been a firm favourite on CBeebies over the past few years, including performing in numerous shows and pantos most notably with her roles as 'Alice' in Alice and Wonderland and 'Tinkerbell' in Peter Pan and also now as a main character in the hugely successful 'Justin's house.' She is thrilled to be performing at the Garrick this panto season!
We are delighted to welcome back Sam Rabone as Dame Widow Twankey and Ben Thornton as Wishee Washee after their stellar performances had audiences in stitches in last years sell out show, Sleeping Beauty. Known for their outstanding comical timing and the raucous bathroom scene, the duo promise to deliver even more fun and laughter to the Lichfield audience.
This is the second year that the Lichfield Garrick have teamed up with Evolution Productions to co-produce the show. Evolution Productions, led by television presenter Paul Hendy and his partner Emily Wood, is the most successful pantomime company in the country producing spectacular shows throughout the UK.
