    Hello Mary, I couldn't agree more on the things you say you do to stay healthy; When I go to work in the morning, I smile at everyone I meet and say 'good morning'; I have been a vegetarian for more than half my life; I'm 63 and have the same weight I had in highschool; since I've been watching your videos, I'm sleeping better and I do half an hour of Pilates almost every day. Next weekend I'm going to go dancing and I só look forward to that..;-) Thank you so much for (sharing) your wisdom; I'm ever so grateful, Pim, the Netherlands
