You can get a really nice condo for $350-$450/month. Prices go up dramatically the closer you get to the beach obviously. Also those prices are just for Boca Chica.

I was on the 4th floor.. my cons would include the building exterior is rough, secondly would be the constant power outage being in boca chica. Power went out in the middle of the night and I was burning up. Third is the noise. The locals would park their cars up and blast music till all hrs at night on the beach and play baseball all the time.
Exactly. I stayed one night and left. My apartment smelled like mildew. Mildew was in the fridge and freezer. Leaks in bathroom ceiling. The apartment smelled odd and it was too small. Only plus was I got laid 😂😂😂😂 I moved to Boca Del Mar because it was much more to my liking

STAY AWAY from this place. I just finished staying 10 days there. It is an absolute dump. The jacuzzi worked first day and that was it. Repairs were constantly made on it. It overfilled and the water came dripping through the bathroom. The pool and grounds were absolutely filthy. The pool jacuzzi was full of green stagnant water. Elevators don't work. The place is falling apart. Trust me, find some other place to stay.
