I love this routine! And I’m so grateful to the presenter! The first time I did these, my left hip felt so, so much better immediately. And both my hips are continuing to improve as I do this work out every other day
I love the chair exercises, they are easy to do in my kitchen with the laptop open and I can feel that my hip with a groin tear is slowly coming out of the negative pain - reduced activity spiral
I have been recently diagnosed with Femoral Neck osteoporosis. I want to strengthen my hips to help prevent falls. I love this workout. I can easily work it into my day. I'm going to look at some of the other videos for balance, etc. I love this one, so I know the others will be good also. Thank you so much.
Thank you, Cindy. I discovered your Stretching for Seniors video a few months ago. It has been very helpful. I have fibro, plus neck and low back arthritis which has locked up my hip. These felt great! Trying to unlock it without paying for PT. I did this workout for the first time today along with the one for neck and shoulder pain. This one hit the nail right on the head. Thank you for all you do.
Penny, so glad the videos are helping. And good for you being proactive in keeping moving with exercise. Folks like you inspire me to keep looking for exercises that help us stay mobile and pain free. Keep it up and keep me posted.
These are great. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and also lately I have been having trouble with my hips as well. These excercises made my left hip feel better when I was done. Thank you.
Good, just don't over do them. I suggest every other day with light stretching on in between days. Try some of these stretches: www.fitnesswithcindy.com/gentle-bedtime-stretches-to-help-you-fall-asleep-fast/ Keep me posted and thank you for watching.
Thank you for the input! We had that comment a few times on this video and will make adjustments so it's easier to hear in the future. Sorry about that!
Love your videos for seniors. Do you have stretches or workouts to release lower back around tail bone? I'm very tight there and there is pain everyday.
Yes, without fun music, a workout becomes a lot like work. Glad you feel the same way. Thank you for your support and keep up your dedication to remain healthy and strong! 👍😍
Yes, I have done and taught a few classes of rebounding. I think it is a great way to power up the immune system and build strength, balance, stimulate the brain, just to name a few of the benefits, I have a mini tramp that I try to remind myself to use on the weekends to get the lymphatic system moving. Great way to exercise!!!
Excuse my delay. The biggest suggestion would be if you are experiencing severe hip pain, arthritis, osteopenia or had recent hip surgery, be sure to talk with your doctor before any exercises. Also, avoid any of the moves that cause you pain.
Thank you for the input. I just viewed it and you are right. It is a little loud. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what would improve our videos!
Sorry John, youtube has been cracking down on copyrighted music and I agree the royalty free music leaves a lot to be desired. We continue to search different options. Any suggestions to help us? You can't believe how many songs are copyright protected. Lend a hand if you can. Your kindness would be appreciated.
@@FitnessWithCindy Hi Cindy, thank you for replying. Personally I watch your videos to see what you are saying and doing, not to have your message obscured. My suggestion is to not have any noise in the background. I would much rather just be able to hear you! If I wanted to listen to music then I could certainly do it myself.
It's not so much terrible, it just drowns out what she is saying. If it was gently playing in the background that would be fine. I find myself having to rewind to catch what she is saying. But otherwise good exercises.

One of the best excursuses I’ve seen
Good to hear. Glad you are being active!
I don’t like background music. It made me a little hard to hear the teacher’s voice .but I love this teaching very much! Thank you very much!!!
Just wonderful Cindy, I have been doing four of your abs for months now, I really appreciate you!
👍
I love the chair exercises, they are easy to do in my kitchen with the laptop open and I can feel that my hip with a groin tear is slowly coming out of the negative pain - reduced activity spiral

Really love this routine, only please turn the volume on the music down, can't hear what you're saying.
Thank you for your input. It always helps make future videos better!
I love your exercises. Do you do rebounding?

Watching here in Wisconsin
Hi , So glad you are watching in Wisconsin. Good for you for staying active to keep your immune system boosted.
@@FitnessWithCindy , welcome most especially to covid-19 prevention, exercise
Can you please tell me the contraindication for this exercise??

@@FitnessWithCindy thankyou so much
Similar excersize but good, only your video is too loud music.
Just ran the video and you're right. It is a little overpowering, the music that is. Good advise for the future. TY
👍
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks for all the thumbs up! Keep up your dedication to good health!
Very loud music. Can’t hear what you say

The exercises are good but I can’t concentrate with the music.
Thank you for your input. Can you just turn off the volume once you have memorized the exercises. I do this sometimes!.
Music is too much , barely hear your voice
That music is TERRIBLE and it ruins the whole video.

@@mandyduffy2177 I agree. It would be better if it were background music (or none at all) rather than in competition with the volume of Cindy's voice.
Music too loud and annoying
Thank you for your input. We will work on that.
