Duleep Trophy 2024.
The 2024 Duleep Trophy will be the 17th edition of the Duleep Trophy, a domestic first-class cricket competition played in India.
It will take place from 5 September to 22 September 2024. The tournament will be played by four teams, A, B, C and D, unlike recent years which was played in zonal format. All squads are picked by national selectors. It will be forming part of the 2024 Indian domestic cricket season, announced by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) in June 2024. South Zone are the defending champions.

The squads for all the teams was announced by BCCI on 14 August 2024.
There will be 4 teams competing:
Team A.
Team B.
Team C.
Team D.
Each team will play 3 matches. All of them will play each other once. There will be total 6 matches in the competition. There will be no knockout matches, team who will finish 1st in the points table after playing all the matches at the end will be declared as winners.

Squads for first round of Duleep Trophy, 2024-25 announced.
The Men’s Selection Committee on Wednesday announced the squads for the first round of the Duleep Trophy, 2024-25. The Duleep Trophy, which marks the beginning of red-ball cricket in the domestic season, will see some of the finest players from the international circuit and some of the young and emerging talent compete at the highest level.
The tournament is set to begin from September 5, 2024, in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh and M Chinnaswamy stadium, Bengaluru.
The four squads for the first round of the tournament are as below: -
