Elvis just had something indescribable when he was on stage. Something that you can't duplicate if you don't have it naturally.

If you're anti-Elvis you're anti-brain cells lol! I agree! He was unbeatable - into infinity!!!! I love your reactions, they are hilarious but deeply felt and real. Love you!❤

Elvis quote: "I watch my audience and listen to them, and I know we are all getting something out of our system. None of us knows what it is. The important thing is that we’re getting rid of it and nobody’s getting hurt." Boom!!

I love you and I love everything you said. I'm 63 years old woman. Elvis was the one singer that was always in my life. I was 17 years old when we lost him. It was far too soon and most of us have never gotten over losing Elvis. It breaks my heart how people talk bad about him. He was our hero he was the one who taught me to love everyone. When I think of Elvis I cry for him. I have never felt so much love for an entertainer like I have for Elvis. You have also been therapy for me. I have never gotten over losing Elvis.

the most beautiful voice God has ever created

Even when Elvis was a kiddo, it always seems to me that Elvis felt every sound and beat of the music and it just automatically is expressed through his body. Let alone directing the band/orchestra with his body. It's phenomenal, and I've never seen another artist have that, it's just in Elvis's soul.

They hate on Elvis because they're jealous of his iconic following and talent and looks. He had it all and still does. Hell, he's getting more attention today dead than any man alive! I see teens drooling over Elvis on Tiktok like he was living. He's #1 on Spotify too!

This is one of my favorites, this song shows how powerful his voice is without all of the moves ( don't get me wrong, this chick loves the moves). But this song is so pure. I'm like you Ray, I don't understand all the hate this beautiful man got. Did he have his own demons he fought, absolutely. But show me someone that had to drive himself so much, to please his fans, to keep his low life manager happy and to take care of all the people that depended on him for a living. And to have the physical problems he had, that doesn't have a vice they depend on. I don't think we can come up with someone. This man had a voice kissed by God, the stage presence was beyond amazing, and a heart bigger than anyone I have ever known. He was above the caliber of most people. I have loved seeing you fall in love with this man and his talent. Thank you so much for sharing this with us. You are a very special person. And I love you for not only your love for Elvis, but for the beautiful person you are. Congratulations on 60k 🎉❤

I'll cut the Elvis haters a slight break in that The King has been gone for 45 years and they are simply not aware of his brilliance. Well done, sir!

You're so right about the haters & lack of research. The term "willful ignorance" springs to mind. They deliberately ignore the good things they hear & they have no interest in learning about the kind of person Elvis was because they WANT to hate him & think the worst. They choose to remain ignorant about him. They enjoy the hating & arguing about something they don't know anything about.

I think most people don't talk about Elvis not because they're haters but because they don't know anything about him. How can you talk about Elvis being a good performer if you've never seen him perform? A lot of people just aren't into older music and aren't willing to open themselves up to something new, so they'll never know what they're missing out on 🤷🏻‍♀️

You said Elvis moves followed the beat of the band. But from what I've heard the band had to constantly watch him because he would change the beat at will and they had to pay close attention. It was some documentary I watched saying they kept their eyes always on him. He definitely knew what he was doing!! Always amazing.

Haters will hate, a few will change, but Elvis will always be. The greatest for many, a legend, a gift to music he most certanly was. Robert Plant of Led Zeppelin said Elvis was a transformer, in that when he walked on stage he transformed to this incredible singer and performer, becoming one with the music, the musicians, the backup singers and the audience, making him reach hights beyond human capability really. For me he is forever greatness and i`ll never stop feeling that way.

Yes a vocal genius, and stage presence and power no one else has ever possessed to this point. I'm sorry but he blows every other performer right out of the water. Many were great but Elvis was top of the food chain. Many people are threatened by anything different or prove to be, and accomplish what they never could. His fans called him " King" he never uttered those words about himself so people need to let it go about who was best etc... The man was in a class by himself in many ways Vicki

What does this say to you? A young black guy on here about 25 not sure. has been into rap all his life. and he said, After listing to Elvis i now realise I've been listening to trach all my life. What does that say. Elvis has been dead nearly 50 Years. And like MANY on here is now an Elvis fan.
