Sya baru tukar lcd redmi note 11 pro 5g,,tp lepas tukar ada efet kat ba3,,ba3 full 100% dlm 2@3 jam tgal 30% hset lgsg x sntuh....pergi kedai yg repair lcd dia cek ba3 kuat lg hset baru pakai 6bulan ja...ari2 pergi kerja kena bwa wayar sblm nie ok ja....

is there a way to poke or harm any of the 2 mic holes with a sim ejector?
No they are offset to the hole. They know people do this. But you can loose water resistance if you poke thru the adhesive.
do i need to use glue or something when replacing it with a new screen?
The guy who replaces screens on my devices uses some sort of black glue. He said that the double sided tape always fails after a short period of time. I've noticed lately that screens are coming without the tape. When you order your screen, make sure that you order the one with the frame "with frame" it will make the installation easier and faster.
