This band has so much potential to be a great metal band, but i wish the lyrics were a little more intense/ in your face because i feel what they're playing right now is a little soft for this band like Blood Host was great song Joey throwing in the bass drum like he did made the song have a little more of the fuck you feel to it!
+Joey Fan True but Joey was one of the founding members who had a lot of say in their music according to the other members of the band so one would expect to get a Slipknot feel from some of their songs! Joey did state that there was some other avenues in which he would like to try that interest him and wasn't brought to the table in Slipknot!

Why so many hate?! D: Joey did it right!. This band is awesome, i'm a Slipknot fan as well, it was hard to say bye-bye to Joey ...but... GODDAMMIT PEOPLE STOP SPECTING THIS BAND TO BE LIKE SLIPKNOT. This band sounds great, this is the kind of music that Joey wanted to play!! Henry was the kind of voice he wanted for the band!! If you dont like it then.. don't listen to it. :(

as a drummer i know there are 3 types of drummers in metal. heavy hitters, timing people and speed people. joey was all 3 as well as the guy from trivium!!!!!!!!!!!!! RIP brother!!!!!!! i will not ever air drums your songs for your memory, no justice ever, EVER DONE!!!!!!!
Everyone should just be happy for Joey for it was his choice to start this band! hate on him because he didn't want to slack his talent ,hate on the fact that this was the path he chose. yeah sure he did Amazing in Slipknot and ill always remember that! But face it Life changes and having joey put a band together like this is spectacular I admire joey for his independent thinking through his music career. so please just take a moment to appreciate the fact that Joey Jordison didn't let his talent go.

I'm starting to really dig this band. Joey Jordison assembled a good roster of musicians here. A damn shame he got such a raw deal from Slipknot, but maybe now he can go full-bore with STM. They have the heaviness, the riffs, the chops, and are a lot more melodic than Slipknot. I hope FM radio picks up their songs and gives this band the exposure they need.

Considering all the metal songs out there these days, this is a very nice record. Also consider this. He whole project including hiring band members and song writing was a fast job.. This isn't a new band who had all there lives to make a first album. This is not easy. Besides all this why is anybody comparing this to slipknot it's not nearly the same style of music! Or is it because Joey is here? That's so childish
