So basically this episode tells us this:
There are two people: one is polite to others and the second is strict and mean. They all love the polite one and hate the mean one. Both applied to be teachers; they all loved the polite and hated the mean ones.
One day, all the students cheated on their quiz and one of them snitched at them to the polite teacher, so that same teacher snitched on them to the principal, and the mean one sacrificed herself for them all.
THIS EPISODE TELLS US THAT THE ONE WE LOVE WILL BETRAY US, BUT THE ONE WE HATE IS THE ONE WE NEED BECAUSE THAT ONE WILL ALWAYS PROTECT US.

I used to have a teacher like Madame Soot Beng I used to hate him so much but then when I had a quick flashback of him in my mind, I started to regret hating on him he gave me a good score for math on my report card and helped me do the assignments that I was supposed to do for earlier in class after school to replace my failing score with a passing score.
