Alaskans get the P.F.D because of the oil that Alaska sold the rights to big companies. I'm not the most informed on how it works but I live in Alaska so I kinda understand what it's about if you want a better explanation look up Alaska P.F.D
video suggestion: create a player using a random number generator give him tendencies based on what he can do (or dont) and play a mycarrer with him. if he doesnt get playing time for the first 2 years make him get it do something. the rest with your rules
