I don't if it was intentional, but I like how Gibeon's Zygarde put its species's duty of protecting the environment from cataclysms over its trainer's selfish wishes.
The most that I cried over moments of the Pokémon anime were Serena’s first Pokémon performance failure in “Pokémon XY” and Mallow apologizing to her dead mother in “Sun and Moon.”
I feel like I owe Gibeon an apology, he never really betrayed Lucius so much as he got hopped up on Laquium and it drove him crazy, but he never really attempted to harm his friends under its influence.

Like, we know the Laquium can spread and cause destruction if left unchecked, but Gibeon is high as a kite from the mist and clearly isn't stable enough to realize that's a bad thing. I would consider that more the Laquium's fault than his own fault, especially since he wasn't aware of its mental pollution effects.

We seen the Lystral's story by the perspective of rtv. So when Lystral said Lucius capture Entei, the rtv thought it was a normal Entei that's why we saw normal Entei during the flashback episode. And also Lystral said it was an Entei instead of Gouging Fire bc they looks almost same and the name "Gouging Fire" was given by Professor Sada. Until then it doesn't had a name that's why Lystral said Entei instead of Gouging Fire.
That’s a good point about Sada, to Rystal and Lucius this could just be a regional form of Entei to them since other regional pokemon share the names of their normal counterpart like Sandshrew despite being an ice type in its regional form. It was also during a time where a lot less was known about pokemon and they are regional counterparts to legendary trios such as the Kanto birds so it’s honestly not a bad assumption

With the pacing of this series I doubt they want to make this a cross-generation anime. We’ve learned the identities of all six heroes pretty quickly, and I doubt they’d make another plot twist with Rayquaza. I think we’re probably at the penultimate/last arc of Horizons right now, and they’d make a brand new story for generation X.
@kaiwen_lui sure, HZ will end at Gen 10, but I don't see it coming in 2025 when there is literally no news for Z-A since February. 2026 for Gen 10 for sure. Likely, they will spend whole 2025 promoting Z-A. I'm just interested what content to expect until 2026 with HZ since Gouging Fire is about to be caught and 10-15 episodes later Rayquaza might be as well.
@kaiwen_lui I mean they could always add a pokemon league style arc at the end or transition into a sequel to pokemon Z for a ZA arc in someday with like Liko developing Battle Bond with meowscrada. Also the main trio don't have a full team yet which seems odd
@@jettlucashayes8508 Fair, but to be honest I’m not really sure they’d do something like this. Neither Liko, Roy, nor Dot had any ambitions to participate in the league. The story also seems to be more focused on the plot rather than victory road. And now that Elite Four and 6/8 gym leaders had already their screen time during Terastal Debut, I doubt they would introduce them once again, just so one of them could start collecting badges. But it is possible that they’d make an entire arc or special (like they did with Legends Arceus), although I’m not sure how would that work, since Z-A is supposed to take place in the past. Maybe Time Machine and Terapagos could be involved, but I don’t know. I doubt they’d make the repetition of Battle Bond. The writers are clearly doing as much as they can to separate the plot of Horizons from Ash’s saga.
@kaiwen_lui we don't know if ZA takes place in the past yet other then legends arceus did but given it isn't named after a singular pokemon and we are shown modern lomoise city I the trailer it wouldn't be impossible for it. As for a league like arc I am thinking more along the lines of the smaller tournaments in BW or the Aloha league. Side note I could see Liko go on a quest to get a mega ring and stone since her thing is she wants understand pokemon so she'd probably be inclined to learn mega evolution

For me the main mystery that I would like answered now is what triggered Pagogo to wake up from its pendant now for Likos journey instead of some other time. Like does it sense something going with Rakurium outside of the Explorers? Also along with Lucius and Gibeon, how did Rystal find Pagogo too 🤔

I have a theory or prediction that some of the six heroes powers is actually holding the shield from the Requiem from being unleashed. Therefore, when Liko and the rising volttackers reach area zero or reach the spot that Lucias resides in (he may still be alive) the six Hero Pokémon will remove the barrier and free them master. This might seem far-fetched, but I believe there’s some type of frozen stasis taking place with Lucias.

Since i watched your WHAT IF Sword and Shield anime and that vídeo when you mention what if ash cought a non cannon legendary pokemon it came to mind two fanfics of ash getting rewarded for helping and some cases saving legendaries. In those Fanfics **Ash just reward** and **Gift’s for the chosen one** some legendaries Join ash as a reward for helping theme only difference is the first one happens in Alola. While the secon one happens during journeys {seeing the reactions of the alola gang and Goh was pricesless 😂}
My issue with Wright is that the episode didn't take his attitude seriously enough. It feels as if the writers are condoning his stupidity, and at the end of the episode Liko, Roy and Dot are even fine with Wright spreading rumors about them.
Right! And its not like I dislike the character but the shitck around him and I would find it annoying in the real world. And I felt Molly’s pain because imagine having someone telling and spreading rumors for you to be lied to is the worse case scenario and I don’t dislike the episode but found it ok at best!!! 🤷🏻♀️🤤
I'm awfully late, but there's something else I noticed with this episode, back at the start of December. The way Mollie gets embarassed while talking to Liko, suggets that she isn't just angry at Wright: she probably developed some insecurities regarding her own naivety, which is why she tries to hide this side and becamed more serious. This is a really interesting character flaw. I hope we get to see more of it. @@Zactoshi

I find it so funny that so many evil teams(Aqua, Magma, Rocket, etc) have pored money, time, Human Resources for a evil purpose that requires controlling 1 Super powerful/restricted legendary, and these 3 random ass explores that came out of nowhere just have 1 each and a couple minor legends to boot. Also I’m fine with the decision to make legendaries feel less like gods in recent gens but I’m not sure how I feel about making legends like Ray and Z that did feel like gods so normal
or what if that entei was gauging fire before tarapagos gave his power to lucius Pokemon because in game Terapagos powers have something to do with time
Using magical leaf on Arcanine's paws is straight up something Ash would do. I'm wondering if people are starting to miss him as a protag. Cause I sure do. Liko is fine, but I MISS Ash's creativity.
I know, right? Half the fun of the anime was wondering what crazy strategy Ash would come up with to win a battle or resolve some conflict. Besides, before Horizons came out, I could swear I hear that one of the main characters was going to be someone from Kanto with an unnatural knack/skill for battling whose last name was only known to the academy teachers. But I guess not since we already know who Liko's parents are
@GuitarHeroRocks99 and even when Ash lost, he rarely let it get to him. Only a few major crash out moments stick out. One being when he stormed off into the woods in xy. Though it was more so cause he was upset with himself. Which is typical. Liko needs to start making some waves.
I like how Liko looks like a younger gender swapped version of Lucius, but her characteristics are just as blatantly similar to Rystal. No wonder she and Terapagos hit it off.
Like juju from xenoblade. Everyone heats that character, they think he’s an annoying kid who can’t shut up. But I was never really bothered by him. I always saw him as a sacred refugee, who just wanted his home back. I don’t know. I tend to not be easily annoyed I guess.

Since right now they about to have 5th Hero.

Since i watched your WHAT IF Sword and Shield anime and that vídeo when you mention what if ash cought a non cannon legendary pokemon it came to mind two fanfics of ash getting rewarded for helping and some cases saving legendaries. In those Fanfics **Ash just reward** and **Gift’s for the chosen one** some legendaries Join ash as a reward for helping theme only difference is the first one happens in Alola. While the secon one happens during journeys {seeing the reactions of the alola gang and Goh was pricesless 😂}

My issue with Wright is that the episode didn't take his attitude seriously enough. It feels as if the writers are condoning his stupidity, and at the end of the episode Liko, Roy and Dot are even fine with Wright spreading rumors about them.

I'm awfully late, but there's something else I noticed with this episode, back at the start of December. The way Mollie gets embarassed while talking to Liko, suggets that she isn't just angry at Wright: she probably developed some insecurities regarding her own naivety, which is why she tries to hide this side and becamed more serious.
This is a really interesting character flaw. I hope we get to see more of it. @@Zactoshi

Using magical leaf on Arcanine's paws is straight up something Ash would do. I'm wondering if people are starting to miss him as a protag. Cause I sure do. Liko is fine, but I MISS Ash's creativity.
