- For this video I am going to be unboxing my latest Arrow Video edition of the Chucky Collection on 4k Ultra HD Bluray. I could not believe some of the issues I had with this collection. I felt it was only right to share them.

Physically my set is exactly the same as yours. My alignment may even be worse than yours and the booklet does not fit in the box, but my booklet does have the correct pages unlike yours. As for the first movie being on blu-ray and not 4k is because they HAD to use the old blu-ray because the rights for the first movie are with MGM and the rest of the films are with Universal so they had to use the old disc because of the insistence of MGM to get all of the films in a single set, because shout factory released them separately they were able to get the first film on 4k and do a new disc.
I can confirm that the transfers are exactly the same as the Shout ones, they are actually slightly better encoded on the Arrow set. The Arrow set also comes with both the theatrical and Unrated for Seed of Chucky on 4k, which the individual Shout release doesn't have. The transfers are really good for the first 4 films (not including Child's Play), once you get to Curse and Cult they look no different to the blu ray and HDR is doing almost nothing, but as they were straight to blu-ray 2k master upscaled I am not surprised or disappointed in those, but the ones shot on film 2-Seed look really really good, it is just SUCH a shame about the packaging. I probably should've returned mine and demanded a replacement for it because of the misalignment but oh well. But yh the actual discs are great, just their housing is garbage.
Yeah I knew there was issues when I came to the first movie on 4k. Such a shame when you consider how good that movie is and it was the one that started it all.
I have to agree with you by what you said when it came to the 4K transfers because I've watched the first four and I thought they look amazing. Well all the 4K ones that is. I'm not expecting a whole lot from probably the last two.
The box set is so insanely lazy especially when you stack it up against some of Arrow video's releases of last year. I could not believe some of the issues I had. If it wasn't so expensive to import the scream factory releases I would have.

@@millerman9991 yep it is super disappointing it is like they forgot how to make a good boxset. Why is it packaged like this even? It is truly bizarre....this is what I would have expected from the standard edition version release. How can we get a boxset like Psycho or Hellraiser and then get this from the same guys. The misallignment alone is inexcusable, I have to hide mine in my shelf with my other blu-rays instead of it being more of a display piece which it is obviously intended to be.
Every single aspect of this edition screams lazy and rushed. Stack it up against Bruce Lee, Psycho and Hellraiser. Arrow Video definitely dropped the ball with this edition. Unfortunately I have to live with it. You live and you learn
My set is a lot like yours. Misaligned front, book doesn't fit properly, although mine does have the correct pages. I do have some regrets in buying it. Wish I had got the Scream Factory releases instead but went with Arrow because of the price. It is a very lazy release, normally Arrow do a great job with their releases.
It would have been great to get the scream factory Editions but as you pointed out Robert it is costing a fortune to import them. I'm sorry to hear that you had some of the issues that I've had. It simply not good enough and this set should have never had passed quality control

I am definitely one of those people. I thought I would be able to forgive the edition itself because I was getting it on sale but now that I have it in my hands I can't help but feel so disappointed. But I do love the movies and I want them on 4K so I'm going to have to live with it
I’ve never understood why distributors insist on new art work. It’s the 4k remaster we’re after to make it new and justify the purchase. More often there is a nostalgia to the art work, particularly for the older movies. At the very least offer a reversible cover.
That's probably why I'm regretting my decision not to pick up the scream factory editions. At least with them you are getting that original artwork as well as a 4K transfer for the original movie. I do not mind newly commissioned artwork but only when there's a bit of imagination going behind it. Clearly not happening here

Wow, Im seeing a few firsts on this box set, from the bad alignment to the book not even fitting inside correctly. I'm glad I picked up the Chucky Collection on bluray a few years ago!! It didn't disappoint!
I could understand why a lot of people would stick with the Blu-ray edition. I couldn't believe some of the issues that was found on this release. I wasn't crazy about the entire edition from the get go but I thought I would be willing to forgive it because I got it on sale. But no one could live with those issues. Such a shame

Yeah I couldn't believe it when I first originally opened it. Thankfully my replacement was much better but the booklet still doesn't fit inside. I'm not sure what happened with this release and why the Bare minimum was done to it
Wow definitely a stunner for Arrow Video who usually releases some amazing box sets. Also the booklet should have been a hardcover like they did for Hellraiser.
Yeah arrow Video are normally so reliable and it makes this release all that more baffling. How did they get it so wrong. Thankfully my replacement was a hell of a lot better even though the booklet still doesn't fit inside. I absolutely agree with you by the way it should have been a hardcover. I'm hoping this is a one off for them
Now I'm in the U.S. so I understand why it would be harder to get the Scream Factory 4Ks, but that's definitely the way to go. You get original artwork slipcovers and the scans are amazing.
Trust me Shane if I had the means to I would definitely had picked up the scream factory editions. The 4K transfers on this release are the scream factory ones. They look amazing

The transfers are very good there the scream factory scans so dont worry. I have the first 3 scream factory slip versions and they look identical
Yeah I've actually checked out the first four and I thought they all looked fantastic. Well the ones that were in 4k. I definitely want to pick up the original on 4K especially after seeing how good the sequels looked

I know it can be expensive to import the scream factory Editions but after seeing this release I honestly think it's the Smart Play. I knew there was issues when it came to this release but I didn't realize how bad it actually was. It's such a shame because arrow Video are normally so reliable. Honesty Steve thats the smart choice and I should have done the same thing. Even the 4K transfers on this set are the same as the scream factory. Arrow Video have done nothing other than deliver terrible packaging. Trust me it's money well saved my friend

Hey Keith another grate review. This is shocking epically from arrow who usually put out really nice releases. The art work (or lack of) is one thing but the book not fitting in the box sorry but I have no words.
I think that's the most baffling thing about this edition because when you consider how many fantastic Editions arrow Video have brought out you sometimes wonder how they got it so wrong. There were so many red flags with this release just on the day 1 announcement. I’m so glad I didn’t waste my money. Horrible art work alone could’ve ruined this, but once I saw the first film was only on Blu-ray I completely gave up interest. I’m happy with my Scream Factory discs, just got the 2019 movie a couple weeks ago so now I have the whole franchise.
I think I was willing to forgive the edition because I got it on sale. But as soon as I got it in my hands I realized I made a huge mistake. Lacks any kind of imagination. Yeah the first movie not being on 4K was a Kick in the teeth especially when you see how good the sequels look on 4k. I should have opted for the scream factory releases. The only thing that stopped me was the price. It was costing quite a bit to import them. But you definitely did it the right way

I think that's why I was as shocked as I was during this video. How do you go from doing box sets like the ones you mentioned to this horrible release. I'm actually baffled and the series of movies deserves better

I bought the first Child's Play from Scream Factory, well from Amazon as Scream Factory don't send to UK. But in time I'll also get the complete Scream Factory collection & also the yellow box set to go with my Arrow Exclusive blue boxset.
I think it's safe to say that you are a fan of the Child's Play Movies Jason. I'm going to try and get the original from scream factory and I think I'll leave it alone. To be honest I probably should have bought all the scream factory titles from the getgo

Wow Keith! Highly shocking considering Arrow is the # 2 best boutique label behind Indicator! I was thinking of even getting this. Thank you such much for the heads up. Guess I'll just be happy with the recent Shout Factory 4Ks which are excellent.
Shout factory is definitely the Way to Go Gary because at least you are getting the original artwork as well as the first movie on 4K. I should have done that myself. Very poor considering how good arrow video are. They definitely drop the ball on this one

Hi - sorry to your issues. I bought this box set but had not opened it. I am glad that my session fdoes not appear to have your problems. Even the box lines up. There are posters in the first three but not the rest - I am not bothered by only having three posters,
If you got your copy from Arrow or official sources you should have been sent a counterfeit. Regarding the transfers - I understood that they used same as US versions.

I think my biggest issue is everything is half assed. Even when you look at the posters to give three and then stop it makes no sense whatsoever. I couldn't believe the issues I had with this set but thankfully my replacement was so much better even though I have to admit the booklet still doesn't fit in quite right. Yes you are absolutely correct the 4K transfers are scream factory and thankfully they look great. It makes me want the original that little bit more on 4k. That's shocking! Especially from a boutique label like Arrow. Now I've just got the standard Chucky 7 movie collection that universal released. And tbh I'm more than happy with it.

The Hellraiser and Psycho 4K boxsets from last year were definetly better, but I am very much happy with The Chucky boxset.
Except for the booklet that is like yours I have none of the same issues.
I do however wish the movies came in real plastic cases and that the first movie was in 4K (I thankfully already owned the first one from Scream Factory).
All in all a good boxset in my eyes. The artwork never bothered me and as far as I can remember the artwork on the complete blu-ray set isn't that much to write home about either.
No question about it the hellraiser and psycho editions destroys this release in everyway.
I have to admit I do not mind the digipacks that you get inside this edition. I just wish there was so much more done to them in terms of there artwork. Even when you open it up not a thing on the inside

I’ve recently got the yellow blu ray version. Only issue for me is the booklet not quite fitting and it’s a struggle to get it out. No issues with alignment or the pages within the book. Hope your replacement arrives better than that one. You expect better when you’re paying that kind of money.
Thankfully my replacement copy was a hell of a lot better. I'm still very disappointed in terms of the entire release. Even the 4K transfers weren't done by arrow. They are scream factory transfers. Thankfully they look amazing. Great to hear that you had little to no issues with yours
I’d love to see the first three movies get the limited edition standalone release. Each film has its own rigid slipcase with the original artwork, book, poster and art cards. That would’ve been the way to go. I’d buy that sort of edition for all seven movies.
Apparently scream factory brought out some amazing releases for the first three. I think you got the original artwork in terms of slip covers as well as newly commissioned artwork. I probably should have bought those ones instead of this
I was so excited for this set.
Obviously: The first movie is not on 4K due to the company not having the rights to the movie.
I thought at first you were joking about the box itself. But then I saw it in a store I shop with often and yeah: The pic on it is uneven as well. That is just lazy.
The transfers themselves might look impressive. But when it don't look good on a shelf, it's not worth getting.
Hopefully Chucky will get a new treatment in the future and get a proper and well done boxset!!!!
I have to admit it's nice to read a comment from somebody who appreciates packaging just as much as the discs in the set. So many people out there tell me once the movies look good that's the most important thing. Definitely not for me. I want everything to be perfect with the set not just the 4K transfers. As you mentioned I want to be able display this piece. I see these Editions as pieces of art that need to be displayed but unfortunately a lot of people don't get that. Not that I'm criticizing them. This is how I feel about it. Thankfully the movies do look good on 4k it's just a shame it came in such an underwhelming boxset

I would say the Shout Factory separate releases are the better choice.
Do come with all the movies both on Blu-Ray & 4K.
And the new artwork done for the slipcases on them look superb from what I've seen online.
Yes, it does not come with the book the Arrow set does. But just from what you showed in the video, it looks like a complete mess.
I think even the OG Child's Play has more extras then the Blu-Ray that's on the Arrow set. Can't confirm, but Shout has 3 discs(1 4K, 1 Blu and 1 Blu-Ray disc just extras) where as the Arrow only has 1.
I think the only thing that the arrow Video edition has going for it is the documentary disc that you get inside it and of course the booklet. But as you pointed out it's an absolute mess. Trust me if I had the means to do so I would leave this back and pick up the scream factory editions. I'm going to have to pick up the original anyway because it's only a blu ray in this release
I got the arrow exclusive 4k blue set. Mine is out of line but not as bad as yours. Arrow are norm top class cant believe they havent sorted it tbh
This is definitely not an attack on arrow Video because 9 out of 10 times they would always deliver on editions like these. I honestly don't know what happened with this one. Such a shame
Totally agree that even aside from the manufacturing defects, the packaging is hugely underwhelming for the price.
Making numerous bulky boxes doesn't make it 'deluxe'. And while I find the Chucky illustrations quite charming, all those blank yellow surfaces would annoy me.
I'll stick with the slimmer cased Blu-ray set, I reckon.
Yeah I mentioned that a few times tonight. It's one thing to have all the issues that can simply be fixed with my replacement and it was for the most part. But in terms of the edition itself it lacks any kind of imagination. It really is a shame because arrow Video are normally better than this. Soon as this was announced and I saw the artwork, I knew it was time to pull the trigger on the Scream Factory editions. A rare miss-step from Arrow with this release

My box set artwork is perfectly Alligned. Also all 99 pages of the book are in order and correct. However, yes the book is squished into the box, it was the first thing i noticed actually, thought it was a little rubbish but meh....
I'm personally really happy with it. The amount of extras/commentaries and documentaries all in one box, killer.

It's not the first time I've ever picked up a release like this where the artwork was massively underwhelming but it is the issues that really got to me. But at the end of the day it's all about the movies and the 4K transfers and thankfully they all look amazing

That's crazy Kieth! I ordered the blu ray version as it was on sale, looking at the artwork I was aware of the lacklustre effort Arrow put into the set and was willing to forgive that for the sale price. I'd seen reviews of the alignment issue and people had said the poster reprints are cropped? But never heard about the booklet issue or anything else for that matter. My box set arrived on Saturday, alignment is fine but I havent opened it yet due to being Ill all weekend.

You done the right thing Gareth and went for the scream factory Editions even if it is only for the first two. I've seen the transfers for part two three and four and I thought they look amazing and it makes me want the original on 4K that little bit more. Going to look into the Backdraft special edition ( from black barons ) and others you did the review on a year or so ago. Really appreciate all the hard work all you reviewers do. @millerman9991 I done a deal with a guy on Ebay for £25 each and been picking 2 up a month. Can't beat the OG artwork. This arrow release was appalling before I watched this video.

The horrible thing is the Blu-ray doesn't look all that great especially when you stack it up against how Good the sequels look on 4k
Recently picked up the blu ray release of this set cause I don’t have a 4k player and other than the artwork and the awkward cases this set is decent and the price isn’t too bad ethier. Wish it had more interesting artwork though.

Got mine from hmv and while the art on the set isn’t great, I had no alignment issues or a problem with the book. I guess I got lucky. I do like this set, but it should’ve been so much better.
I think it was only my release Kris because I have my replacement and everything is fine. Well almost everything the booklet still doesn't fit in all that well. It's a very underwhelming edition. Such a shame when you consider how much of an icon Chucky is

@@millerman9991 baffling what happened with your set mate, I had seen a few unaligned boxes but first I’ve seen an issue like that with the booklet, rest assured though the transfers are great and identical to shouts releases, I already had the scream factory 4k of Childs play 1 so I just put the disc in the box now it’s fully 4k lol, I agree though shouldn’t have had too

Actually I was that impressed with them that I'm definitely going to try and hunt down the first movie on 4k. If it's anything like the first two sequels I'm sure I'll be in for a treat. I preodered the set from a U.S. seller, being an American in the U.S., and mine is also misaligned, and in the same direction, whereas I've seen others that are the opposite as well as some that are lined up correctly. Of course, my booklet is also too big for the box, but it has all the correct pages in the correct order. Furthermore, the box for mine doesn't have any damage as yours does. Unfortunately, though I mentioned the graphics being off soon after receiving the set, I was informed by the seller that they would have refunded the item price alone - not the shipping cost - if I would have sent the item back factory sealed. I did, however, receive a promo code from Arrow Films for the artwork problem.
That's why 9 out of 10 times I always buy most of my releases from Amazon UK because at least then you know if there's problems with the item there's no trouble getting it back to them. Thankfully my replacement copy has come and a lot of the issues have been fixed. The booklet still doesn't fit in quite right but I can live with it. I can't help but be massively underwhelmed by this entire edition. Regardless of the issues it lacks any kind of imagination. Even the 4K transfers are scream factory releases. Arrow didn't do much when it comes to this set but what they did do they manage to screw it up. Such a shame because normally they are better than that. Let's hope it's a one-off
First off great video and keep up the good work. I received the Arrow website exclusive boxset and the alignment although is off a little it is nowhere near as bad as yours. The booklet is complete and does not have any repeating pages. It is a snug fit in the box. I’m with you on the artwork. Arrow should either give you a replacement or a refund. After so many excellent recent releases it is sad to see this dip in quality.
I'm really hoping this is a one off for arrow Video because as you mentioned they always deliver when it comes to spectacular releases. I'm not quite sure what happened with this one. They really have to do something though when it comes to quality control. I couldn't believe some of the issues that I had with this set. if i remember reading it right the transfer of these films for the arrow release are the same transfer done by scream factory so really the discs are pretty much the same just with arrow branding on, my copy again has that booklet size issue but my alignment is pretty good for the box which I'm thankful of. The fact that arrow can put out a set like the psycho collection which is absolutely stunning in design, extras and packaging and then go for this with chucky really hurts. i know its not a huge deal but i really wish there was some sort of slip to go over the box instead of the j card, or at least print the contents on the back of the box because that blank yellow back is no excuse.
I think that is why I find this release as baffling as I do because arrow Video normally always deliver when it comes to collector box sets like this. @@millerman9991 I actually liked the idea from arrow with the yellow box art. So the conception to make it look like the original good guy doll box is great in general. Just the execution wasn´t.
@dbdeets yeah you're absolutely correct the concept was quite good. I think if they stuck with simply having Chucky on the cover and none of the other characters it would have been a hell of a lot better and then maybe on the back of the box show some of the accessories that you get with the good guy doll. There is so much they could have done. I missed opportunity unfortunately
Excellent video Keith. This is such a strange set, and a really poor effort from Arrow Video. It’s a shame as I think quite a few of the films are really solid. Definitely should’ve done a lot better with this one. Really enjoyed this video mate.👍

Arrow should've hired comic book artist Simon Bisley to do the art. He has a comic with Frank Miller (writer of 300 and Sin City) called Bad Boy, and the title character looks like Chucky. The art would be phenomenal.
The decline of Arrow since the "The Hut" takeover is quite sad. Arrow began my collecting of physical media.
The constant inflating of prices so they can discount discounts is dishonest.
What really bothered me with them is how they keep giving us the same recycled Editions only with 4K discs. It almost cheapens the Blu-ray Editions that we bought off them previously.
@@millerman9991Shout/Scream factory have been rehashing all of their old stuff on 4k as well. Makes me happy I'm more of a "garbage collector" when it comes to movies. The boutique labels (VinSyn, Terrorvision, etc.) are where it's at for me. Those guys are pressing out 4ks of complete 70s and 80s trash, AND I LOVE IT!🎃

Wow man, I seen a few people with these botched box sets. I must have been very lucky. My lid alignment is fine, booklet fits nicely and has no missing pages. Still have the crappy artwork though. Hope your replacement is fixed 👍
P.S regarding the 4K transfers, they are using the transfers that scream factory did, arrow did not do them. So no issues there.

Yeah I was amazingly surprised by this edition David. When you consider all the fantastic Editions arrow video brought out last year this is very unlike them. It's screams rushed and lazy. Thankfully my replacement was a hell of a lot better. Thank you for checking it out my friend

I agree the packaging is lazy but the price aint bad really and it is the scream factory transfers (SF altenate art is much better though). Thankfully i already imported the steelbook for the first movie before this set was released
It would be very easy to overlook the booklet. Hopefully yours is fine because my replacement didn't have the issues it had with this one. I never realised there was a steelbook edition for child's Play. I really need to look into that.
I brought the scream factory releases as why release a boxset if you don't have the 1st one on 4k

If you have the means to I would definitely recommend picking up the scream factory releases. At least with them you are getting all the original artwork and of course the first movie on 4k. Such an underwhelming release

The alignment issue is known here in the states too. I was tempted to get this but went for the scream factory 4ks instead. It truly is a shame tho as it’s chucky. So many cool ideas could’ve hapoened
The alignment was something I thought I could live with. But not as badly as it was on this one. But to see all the other issues as well. It screams lazy and not only that but apparently all the 4K transfers are from scream factory. Arrow done nothing when it comes to this set

Hey Keith, I agree that’s totally unacceptable. I almost can’t believe what I’m seeing as arrow is usually top notch. I saw the box set when it was announced and I was a little unimpressed and now that I see the full thing oh my god that artwork is just bad like you said, super lazy. you said you were going to hang onto that box set and order another one .yes that’s what I would do. Maybe you can make one good box set possibly using the top from one on the other to get the best alignment and return the other. I don’t think they’ll be any problem with the transfers as I know the shout factories are very good and I think the arrows are just as good and if not better let us know what happens. Great minds think alike John because that's exactly what I done when my replacement copy came. I didn't send this one back straight away I waited for my replacement to come and I almost did a Frankenstein job with this release and now I have a perfect edition. It still doesn't excuse the fact that the artwork is absolutely shocking on this release but it is the cheapest way to get these movies on 4k. The 4K transfers are the scream factory ones and they look amazing. It's amazing to think the one thing arrow had to do with this release was the packaging and somehow they messed it up. I got the blue colored version and can guarantee the arrow discs are better than the scream discs encoding after comparing. My packaging & booklet were also in perfect condition so it seems like the yellow version had less QC.
It’s a shame the original is exclusive to 4K in the US but the arrow set is what has the most exclusive features only thing scream did was give the original film a bonus discs of extras and included the r rated cuts for cult & curse on blu-ray. Seed uncut in 4k is exclusive to the arrow set.
Same thing happened with Carrie. The scream disc has a bonus disc of extras but the film is better encoded with exclusive features by arrow.
I’d say that scream factory still did a worse job when they did the Friday films in a set and psycho & hellraiser from arrow this same year were fantastic so i personally not that mad. I was more upset when the did the grudge films and didn’t include the stereo audio for the theatrical films than these cosmetic issues but again I didn’t have these issues with the version I bought direct from arrow like y’all did.

I bought this before Xmas last year and I never opened it due to the misalignment of the lid. I was considering selling it. But after watching this video I decided to open it. Luckily the book was just fine.

I keep seeing more and more comments highlighting different faults with this release. It's a total shambles. It's like the set was just thrown together and punted out! Have Arrow even addressed this..? Their reputation has taken a fair old whack, and it's no wonder. Where is the quality control?! I hope Arrow does individual releases for these films that are much improved. And I hope we get the original in 4K over here. This franchise deserves the best treatment. 💯💜

Mine was aligned correctly with the Artwork I went for the Arrow website exclusive Blue Box my only gripe with this set is the artwork looks like it was done by a 5 year old Scream Factorys releases with the Slipcovers are far superior there and the fact the first film isn't 4K and only Blu Ray are the negatives

Quality Control has definitely missed the mark on that release. Thankfully, I’m not the biggest Chucky fan. I’m content with the 4k releases I got from Shout Factory.

I hear you! I was off with this release when they said no 4K of the first. I imported Scream Factory versions a few years ago I got part 1, 2 & 3 as I still enjoy the 1080p versions I just sold off the UHD's with cases and keep the 1080p 4K scans and made most of my money back that way

I love the newly commissioned artwork on Robocop 2 from scream factory. I think you can only get it as part of there Deluxe Edition but I'm thinking about buying it just for that alone. What a huge release this is going to be
@@millerman9991 Yeah sure is I always felt Robocop 2 was an amazing sequel another title I've been waiting years for finally getting a 4K scan from the original camera negative hopefully no DNR lol normally Shout are good with that. I still need to get Aliens on 4K but I've not been so excited since I heard they removed the film grain... I think they should have made ALIENS a TWO disc set 1x disc film grain and 1x disc as the 4K is now. But I'm so please the old Blu-ray of ALIENS still looks amazing even when upscaled to 4K with grain of course 😃
@paul4films193 I actually reviewed aliens on 4K and I was absolutely amazed by it. The grain structure is still there but it's incredibly fine. It's definitely a different kind of viewing experience but it gave me everything I wanted and more. Some people are Gonna Hate It others are going to love it. I hope you get some enjoyment out of it if you do decide to pick it up

That's a shame I'm really surprised at Arrow they usually have good boxsets with very good contents especially the posters infact the only problem I had with them was when they issued the same boxsets with blu ray and the 4k versions for awhile ( Robocop springing to mind for one ). That's probably why I am as baffled as I am because arrow Video bring out some of the most amazing editions but for some strange reason they got it seriously wrong with this release. I actually have the same problems you have Gordon when it comes to giving us the same packaging only on 4k. I have never picked up any of those 4K Editions especially if I had them on Blu-ray. The transfers in this set of childs play 2 childs play 3 bride of chucky seed of chucky curse of chucky and cult of chucky are all the exact same transfers as the scream factory ones
Yeah I only just recently found out about thst and that's only a good thing in my eyes. I've already seen three of them and I thought they looked fantastic . Hopefully the rest will be equally as good

Lazy sums it up! 😅 The artwork of Curse of Chucky really made me laugh. Jesus Christ who was in charge for that? I mean, who send out the whole set anyways talking about the alignment? I mean it was right in front of your face that the whole product is terribly wrong. Not to mention the missing pages in the booklet. Don't they double check on their own products? I never had an issue with Arrow before, but thank god I didn't order this set and the reason why I didn't, you mentioned. It's pointless to release it without part one on 4K. I might get the Shout Factory release at some point. I am really curious, what other customers report about their copy from Arrow. So many things going wrong is really exceptional. 😮

That would have made perfect sense. One of so many issues when it comes to this release.
I'm so glad I avoided this set , as soon as I found out the first film wasn't 4k and the fact they didn't explain that it was that way and its only in the small print of the set I knew this was a cash grab almost seems they were trying to make out they were all 4K which is so wrong. and after seeing this video I feel really sorry for you Keith and totally agree it's bloody awful. makes me so angry how company's don't care. I could rant all day about it but I'd better not
At least you had the common sense to stay away from it Curtis. I wish the hell I could say the same. I think I was willing to forgive the edition because I was getting it on sale. But as soon as I seen all the issues that came with it I honestly couldn't believe my eyes. Absolutely no quality control whatsoever when it comes to this release. Thankfully I got my replacement copy and I almost had to do a Frankenstein job with both releases. Now I have the perfect edition. Well as perfect as such a terrible release can be. Such a shame because the movies deserves so much better. But thank you as always my friend for stopping by
@@millerman9991 I totally agree with you Keith they deserve so much better. I'm quite happy with by Blu-ray collection of Chucky which is a similar look but actually looks like he's in a good guy box .
@theunboxfox that's exactly what they should have done with this box set in terms of the artwork. Just leave it at Chucky instead of putting in the other characters
@@millerman9991 I totally agree, which is such a shame as I would love to have them all on 4k in a box together and this just didn't deliver.
I got quite lucky with mine, okay alignment and complete book but that book error in yours is too big of a mistake to ignore like personally misalignment isn't enough for me to return but an incomplete book is completely differen, hope you can get a replacement.
Thankfully I got my replacement and everything has been sorted out. Well almost the booklet still doesn't fit in perfectly into the box itself. The box is perfectly aligned as well.
