Mute the strings you don’t want to play with the other fingers in your fretting hand.

@@antonioaxellancepacoiii6133more specifically, say at around 0:43, when he’s fretting the D string and the B string, his index finger is resting on the G string to mute it, while his middle finger is reaching up to mute the low E and you could mute the A string with your middle finger as well or with the top of your index finger (as it’s still fretting the D string). Then mute the high E with your pinky or whatever’s comfortable for you (that goes for all the strings - mute them whatever way is most comfortable for you).
