I get ya Jeremy...Austin wore those in different videos....Adam is a D&D aficionado...it's his thing !! Also glad you got to see Home Free kids & family in this...its one thing i love about Home Free is the wholesome family atmosphere, but they're not preachy about it, it's just them being them.
No one expects every song to be your favorite, Jeremy! It's just wonderful to enjoy the happy energy that Home Free brings us so easily! I think I recognized some of Austin's outfits from other character-playing videos they've done. Isn't that purple one from "That's the Way We Roll" ? But quarantine caused our guys to really stretch their wings and learn some new tricks that we are now benefitting from. Love them in any scenario!
Yes! That's how we roll... the Georgia Line Luke Bryan song, I think. They did a parody of The Big Lebowski. Said they watched the movie so many times, they had to, lol. Love that movie by the way!
Chance’s full name is Adam Chance Ray . There is a video of Adam at home called Home Away From Home Episode 6 Adam’s House he explains about it. Austin’s closet is full of outfits a lot are from other videos.
Austin, Tim, and Adam have a multitude of costumes. Many/most of them are from videos Home Free has made. As you continue to watch their videos, you will see costumes/outfits that you will recognize. Thanks, Jeremy!
Austin is a particularly keen recycler of clothes. The tan suede vest that is still in the band's notices first appeared very early, reappeared in MOCS and One Man Band, and I've almost certainly missed a few occasions. There is a short video, which i haven't been able to trace, where Austin is going through the band's costume store, casually removing the pieces he wants. The woollen thing he wears in Unchained Melody is part of that armful, and probably some of the things we see in the video came from the same source. The blue jumpsuit is from This is How We Roll. The necktie that he wore in Crazy turned up again in Nessun Dorma and has even made its way to private life. I suspect that Amberly has secretly been trying to weed out a lot of this stuff, but it's just how some men are, totally attached to certain garments.
That Wookiee costume Tim had on sitting next to Jenika looked like on of VoicePlay's from their Wookiee for Christmas video. I always though (for no particular reason) that he got it from Geoff.
They have a show “Home Free Home Away from Home” I think, but they have episodes where they each go visit their homes or where they grew up and when Adam does his episode it’s at his house and he shows you all his little men.
That's a great series to watch, along with the Home Free Eats videos, with the self confessed foodie Tim the center of Texas/Minnesota/Nashville Eats + Oddities and Eats videos. Heart warming views of the working lives and their home/family lives.
This song originally was done by Jake Owen but again HomeFree took it and worked their magic on it and upgraded it for me. I love their goofball antics and harmonies. 😂❤
In order to match the Austiiness of the outfits, you have to have an official "Austin Brown's Magical Mystery Closet" where unique, creative, and seemingly endless ensembles abide. And Mr. Rupp, well he is a master of D & D, apparently including elaborate sets to enhance the experience. Honestly, the whimsy of these one of a kind artists never ceases to amaze me. You have to appreciate the genius of a nonsense song like this to elevate the Pandemic Blues. Laughter is always the best medicine.
I mean you just run out of Words to say about these boys everything they do is fantastic.. I love Home Free so much.. great reaction Jeremy as always 🏡🆓🏡🍟
My fellow Home Fry.. I just have to say Isn't nice to dig into a library of a group (Home Free) and feel good after watching their videos and most important their VOCALS? Such a feel good group.. no ego's they together are whole! peace
Absolutely!! I always feel so good after listening to Home Free. As you've probably heard, although I am not a big country fan, I don't even care when I hear them...they are just awesome guys all around.
@@musikbyjh yeah their vocal talent kind of makes you forget (oh yell.. i don't like country) this not my favorite genera. I know this is WHAT makes them special as you can't help not to enjoy!
Another great feel good song done during quarantine. How creative were these guys filming individually from their separate homes. And the editing was so well done. Love seeing a glimpse into their lives & family. And of course love Tim's low notes.
Not my favorite Home Free song either but their songs and video antics kept a lot of us Home Fries sane during lockdown. They put out a new video nearly every other Friday giving us something to look forward to.
Their quarantine videos got so much better. This is just a fun song. I like for that. I find myself singing it at random moments. This was originally released by Jake Owen.
So you know Austins closet is full of sime of the clothes he wore in a lot of their videos. The purple bodysuit was from the video This Is How We Roll total Big Lebowski vibe. Adam hosts huge D&D games that can include fans. I actually dig this one. Im not a huge country fan but i am a huge Home Free fan. Thanks for requesting this Terri and thanks Jeremy for posting them. ✌🏻&🩷
The “How We Roll” video is really only for Big Lebowski fans. If someone’s never seen the film, it’s just going to be weird. Austin went all in on that one. 😂 Tim wore his ‘The Dude’ outfit in at least 2 other videos. I know it made an appearance in Quarantine.
@itzel1735 they were so spot on though and just to hear Austin do his rap lol. Yeah Tim wore it in Sunday Best if I remember right. I live these guys. Saw their new one and it's killer!!
Adam did have a thing going on one time where you could win a chance to play D&D with him. I dont know anything else about it but maybe someone else does...
My son paints those "little dudes", too, but he doesn't play the game. He does mostly Orks, but also Space Marines...and an army of Nuns with Guns.😊 I love this song, and got a kick out of the video. Good reaction.
They have so much fun!!❤❤❤ I love them!!❤❤ Great one Terry!! Adam has a lot of terrain for his D&D. You don’t have to have that! We have flat, what are called dungeon battle mats, 44x32, that have different pics with different dungeon layouts. This allows us to use them for adventures instead of setting up the type of thing that Adam was setting up, ours just fold up for storage. Great reaction!👏👏
As stated before, Austin's "Magical Mystery Closet" is actually just costume pieces from other videos. As for the Adam D&D set up, that's just wild. He has hundreds of figures and a dedicated table to actually build everything out. Setups cary by player/group from elaborate (Adam) to functional (giant dry/wet erase grid mats), to basic (a sheet of notebook paper with a badic doodle). But the great thing about that game is that all you really need are some friends, some paper & a pencil, a few dice, and an imagination. And the only age that is "too old" is dead. Start at 6, or start at 60. It's a great community.
This is another of the 'quarantine' videos and again, kudos to the editor(s) who put those videos together. Love the song, singing, harmonies & beatboxing. Insofar as recycling clothes/costumes, I'm impressed that they can still wear things from a decade ago - how many of us still fit stuff from years ago? I saw a video about Adam Rupp and in it he opened a cupboard where he kept all the gifts fans had given him - just adorable!
Down to the Honkytonk was a song they sang in concert but hadn't recorded, so while stuck at home during quarantine, they decided to do so. The video is them all making a "honkytonk" at home, which most of them interpreted as a place they could drink and dance, but Adam, being Adam, decided to build one out of his d&d miniatures collection. All that painting and assembling would have been hours and hours of work, but I guess when you're stuck at home, why not?
This is one of the songs that I didn't like when I first saw the video because the video distracts so much from the music. But when I listened to the audio alone it became one of my favorites. Tim's bass lines slay me.
I have to agree... it's a fun song, but a little lacking in the lyrics department. However, it hasn't dampened my enthusiasm for these guys. For me, these are very few and far between. Love your reactions, Jeremy... keep 'em comin'!
It was hitting the 'country' pretty hard, and if you don't care for that, that's OK. But as usual, the talent was there and the video was inventive, taking what the issues were at the time and making them 'positives'.
