There was a Porkie there, but all it had was a straight line speed driver. And I'll just bet that our man had a great deal of pleasure in blowing it away when the real driving was required.
XBOW driver performed very well, but dude in that Porsche does REALLY know how to drive considered he was able to keep up for quite some time with something as light and agile as XBOW.

Just spent three days at Sonoma Raceway driving this monster for six hours. No side cushioning in the molded carbon tub seat. My ribcage hurts really bad from the cornering g-forces. Had better laps times than a McLaren 765LT.

I would way prefer this open setup to race nurburgring than a cars coupe with roof and and glass all around. I grew up riding recreational vehicles like quads and snowmobiles though. But anytime I've done racy things in a car I feel this weird disconnect from the action that unnerves me a little. I get why most people would prefer the opposite set up but they're missing out. The sense of control and awareness is at it's peak like this. KTM makes good motor vehicles too. My dad had a 2 stroke 500cc KTM dirtbike, that was the scariest, absolutely punishingly quick vehicle I've ever been on. We have a rural airport near our house with a dirt road that parallels the landing strip around it. We did drag races down that a lot. My brother was on my heavily modified banshee quad and I was on the 2 stroke 500 KTM I was pulling away from my brother at an incredible clip halfway down the road and his speedo was at 110mph right then. That fucking bike must've been going 140mph or more. On a dirtbike that's intense, the suspension doesn't sit firmly and calmly on the speed like a street bike it feels tense and buoyant ready to snap into a different angle at light provocation, as you would expect from a dirt bike.

While really cool to watch, Lets be honest for a sec: One car is a 2 seater with a high power to weight ratio and purpose built for track times; the other is a 2 seater with no trunk/frunk, no roof, no purpose on a public road, and barely useable for day to day purposes. Even if the GT3 is more expensive, you are getting a better bang for the buck. Trackable, streetable, and more smiles for the miles.
