My theory is that they went back in time to earth to experience a vintage lavish lifestyle, but did not realize they would be chased by paparazzi all over. At the end you can see when they're sitting at the restaurant and when the paps find them there, the girl looks visibly irritated as if signalling Diljit, "hey I think this is enough, let's go back" and Diljit nods as if saying, "chal challiye vapis fer" lol. And when they're driving through the tunnel, they have a smirk on their faces that says, "let's make a fool out of these paps." Coming from 150 + M views (this song 16 M as of now) songs of him expecting a rather average song but blown away literally. This song is dope. Views doesn't make sense for Dilijit. Most of his songs deserve more than 1 billion anyway.
I guess one the problem could be the title of the song altough i love the name but i am not seeing an average indian viewer to connect with the title and second reason could be that he is trying a new genre of music and for wider Indian market (rural area listeners and and other audiance which is new to this type of music ) like in village area of punjab people would rather listen to a song which they can vibe to the bhangra or a song related to ther daily stuff etc ( not objectifying or something just an observation) whereas this album is just about vibing
people like either like full kharke tarke wale songs or soft vocals of romantic or breakup songs whereas this album is experiment, even Diljit said he knew this album will not be as much hit as his GOAT album but wanted to try this from a long time and he is is happy with the result and response.
