I clicked on this video, excited to see something I wasn't even aware was happening when I was a kid. But the expressive features brought to life by talented puppeteers is lost. We're left with dead staring eyes and mouths that don't open. It's a big no, from me, but thanks for uploading this.
I was involved with sound production for the two "Muppets Show On Tour" projects! I edited the dialog, recorded & mixed music and song tracks, and did sound design. The show was delivered in an 4-trkf ormat:
Trk 1: characters' dialog
Trk 2: characters' vocals on songs
Trk 3: music tracks
Trk 4: snd fx
Allowing the FoH mixer to control balances at each venue
Voice acting by original cast. Miss Piggy's voice is performed by Frank Oz (Yoda in Star Wars).

Abraham Music Project Hello! I feel interested on listening to the audios of the two editions to hear how it was! But, I know that won't be very easy. I primarily would like to listen to the first edition's full audio.

@Carry the Lucumber One of my favorite bits of the script was when Miss Piggy makes a VERY GRAND ENTRANCE as "Queen Of The Sea" in an extravagant mermaid outfit (Shell crown, mermaid tail, sea-themed ornaments, etc.) as she is rolled in on a sort of "float" inside a GIANT open sea shall. The cast sings "Here she is.... " in a huge fanfare as she rolls on to stage, "Queen of the Seaaaaaa....!" and the giant seashell slams shut on her. While every one panics, and Miss Piggy's muffled voice pleads, "Let me out of here!", daredevil Gonzo gets an idea and runs off to come back with a solution, shouting "Hit the dirt!" and we hear muffled Miss Piggy query, "hit the dirt?" and KABOOM!!! the shell is blown wide open with dynamite and as the smoke clears, there's the "Queen of Sea" smoldering blackk and in fishbones!
Fantastic gag and since it was a last-minute request, with not sound effects libraries around back then, it was fun designing the sound effects for that one.

Theses muppets chractorers are look kind of creepy but this looks somthing right out of Peter Jackson's film call'ed Meet the feebles!
