I have applied 2 times and failed to go beyond 1st round. Data analyst - DA Digital marketing - DM Project management - PM 1 years back PM and DM profile had more positions open than DA. Total positions were 90. i e PM+DM+DA= 90 Around 1 lakh candidates applied from all over India This means, for each position there were 10,000 applications. So, it's all matter of luck. Even if you have little relevant experience or great skills with 100% marks in Google online Test (1st round), still you won't be selected for further round. And each round is elimination round. 1. GOC - aptitude test (full of cheating) 2. Screening round where they check your communication skill over call and will ask you to write email and answer why you want the apprenticeship 3. Face to face technical interview. 4. HR round to see if you fit google culture (googliness). It's probably easier to get selected in UPSC

No absolutely not first you have to learn basics skills and required to add advance projects in your resume
