Nuclear Tests are required for Security of the Country but Border Fencing is an unnecessary Expense. May God save our Oldest Civilization, which is full of Impractical Non-Visionary Leadership.

Assam Govt wants to implement it because Govt of India signed it in 1985. Timely implementation of it 39 years ago would have prevented large scale illegal immigration. The Eparo Bangla Separo Bangla concept in West Bengal has also aggravated the situation. Assam, West Bengal are already gone and the problem is no longer reversible in these two states. Now, Govt of India is taking initiative because Northern states are witnessing large scale illegal immigration by Bangladeshis. India does not have any long term policy for internal security even after 77 years of Independence. We all know long-term Agenda of Liberal party but Right wing party was also in power before and the matter was not given due importance. Nuclear Tests are required for Security of the Country but Border Fencing is an unnecessary Expense. May God save our Oldest Civilization, which is full of Impractical Non-Visionary Leadership.

In the Assam State the govt may take voter list for the year 1970 and accordingly enquire in to the matter who are came on wards in Assam state wherein there's a doubts the firstly delete the names of doubted persons from the list of voter list
