    Experiencing Nausea- About 70% of women experience nausea in their first trimester. You might feel an urgent need to vomit with a lot of uneasiness.
    Avoid Low Blood Sugar Level- Ensure that your blood sugar levels do not drop too low and that will happen only when you are going to skip your meals. Eat frequently in smaller portions and avoid prolonged starving. Wisely choose the food items that are light and easy to digest. Instead of taking 3 heavy meals, you must consume 5 small portions of meals. Avoid force-feeding your body all the things that it does not want to accept no matter how healthy it is.
    Feeling Tired- You might feel lethargic the whole day. No matter how much you sleep or take a rest, you’ll still feel sleep-deprived along with body ache. This happens because of the hormonal changes in your body and this will also lead to dizziness. Many a time you’ll not be able to understand what is happening to you. To avoid exertion, you must take a nap in the afternoon and also take frequent short rest breaks from work or daily chores.
    Back pain- You might start feeling shooting pain in your lower back from this week. This might last up to your delivery and it may come and go in the rest of the two trimesters.
    Changes in breast size- Gradually the size of your breasts will start increasing and they will also become sensitive as well because the hormonal changes that are happening inside your body are preparing it for breastmilk. Due to excessive blood supply, the varicose veins and other veins of your breasts will start looking darker and more visible. The visibility of darker veins is not seen in every woman however most women experience this. Your nipples will excrete dense yellowish milk known as Colostrum.
    Cramp Feeling- Experiencing cramps in your abdomen is considered normal during pregnancy. This usually happens because the uterus is expanding and the growing baby is making room for himself/herself inside the womb.
