I have managed to defeat exactly one raider with God Punisher...I was late to the fight, threw out the super manually aiming cause I wasn't close enough for the lock on, and the first 2 ki blasts from it defeated the raider
I don't remember ever using it. I saw someone else miss every ki blast while the raider was stunned and I knew it was hot garbage.
Erm I died to God punisher too back when I was grinding with vegeta
