      @@AaronBrown2015 To be fair, it took a decent while for Mikal to unlock it this season himself while he was in Phoenix. That being said, the injuries earlier in the season were a blessing in disguise for him.

      @@crazyluigi6664 right I agree and I think the nets saw that and thought “if we can get bridges in this package giving up KD wouldn’t be the worst thing.”
      I saw Bridges getting progressively better not just season by season but especially this season when book and Ayton were hurt. He had to do more for them offensively and he was but once he hit the Nets and got the keys to do what he wants offensively, he’s been fantastic

    Getting out of phoenix is the best thing that happened to Bridges. He would’ve always been second fiddle to Booker and maybe Ayton. With the Nets, Bridges now becomes the man and is sure as hell playing like it. I’m loving what I see and with a full offseason to further hone his skills, I see even more improvement next season.

I love Mikal but he is not a number 1 option on a Finals run team YET. Even with his great defense, no GM would take him over Booker at this moment in time. He’s operating on a higher level offensively than devin booker while playing all nba first team defense.

    He was being heavily overshadowed in phx with book and cp stealing the light. Now we see his full potential on display. A lethal two way player, capable of scoring at will and clamping down on defence. Respects to this dude

      Outrageous how everybody is calling the Suns favorites. They lost Mikal Bridges and Cam who hustle and bring a lot of energy. Talented offensively and Mikal is great defensively. Big part of the success they’ve had. They never replaced Crowder. Sure you got one of the best scorers ever but that doesn’t put you on top of everybody else.

    Mikal for Durant alone is a win for the Nets! He’s durable doesn’t miss games. Drama free! And most importantly haven’t seen him play much until now. He’s got a beautiful stroke and can play D! Not to mention he as of today unlike Durant requested a trade every 2 years lol.

He was just never asked to be "the guy" in Phoenix and now he's getting to showcase what he can actually do.
