    Sir I have one doubt in the question. Dilute aq Nacl is given soo in anode OH is oxidises in that case it is exceptional but you can say that Cl- is oxidises . At 15:50

      Ek batt yaad kr lo jab nacl fuse hoga toh anode pr Na or cathode pr Cl jayegaa
      Aur jab aq nacl hogaa toh anode pr H2O aur cathode pr Cl jayegaa
      Aur jab nacl dil aq ho toh anode pr H20 and cathode pr bhi H2O jayega
      reaction krnee....

    sir i think there is a small mistake at 46:30 min they said strongest reducing agent and in the answers they gave us the products of the above given rections so for the products the srp values sign will be reversed so the answer will be option d
    correct me if i am wrong
    anyway you are awesome sir

      Strongest reducing agent → High affinity of species to loss electron
      THUS , Sign of electrodes potential accordingly becomes opposite , now Zn(s) highest affinity to loose electron and hence is strongest reducing agent

      Here, I added reduction potential and oxidation potential.
      Your formula works when reduction potential for both cathode and anode is used.
      I hope you got the idea.

      @@AveshChemistry_ Ohh! Standard Oxidation potential diya hua hai, aur Standard Reduction Potential (SRP) = Standard Electrode Potential (SEP), Isiliye 0.76 ki jagah -0.76 liya.

    Sir Eo is not additive so how can we add it 29:00.

      No. Actually since electrons participating in both half cells are same i.e., 2, we can add them directly.
      --> E o (Cell) = [2 × Eo (Zn) +2 × Eo (Fe) ] ÷ 2
      --> E o (Cell) = Eo (Zn) +Eo (Fe)
      I hope you both got the idea. Actually when electrons participating are different then we may not add them directly.
