Absolutely, Ngọzi. All you need to do is follow the same process. Filter the type of job and copy the RSS.
you showing two post to apply and after clicking both jobs were posted 1 hour ago by the client. so the question is still the same, how can see the new post in less the 1 minute??????

Not at all @brktitesfay8930 you don't get disqualified or penalized by Upwork for this. We have been using this for years.
