I’ve watched all of the Crime Beat episodes and this one was , by far, the most emotional for me. What stands out in many of these episodes is the deep compassion of the investigators. This episode exemplifies that. I sobbed when their identities were revealed. From the information given, I don’t believe the mother was the killer. The man she was with, was the culprit. I hope the remaining family are living peacefully with this story. It was awful.
The generations of VPD detectives who worked on this file are amazing in their dedication and persistence. Such a sad story, and my sincere gratitude to all involved to bringing names to the boys.
Thanks *Crime Beat* for another great, albeit horrific and sad presentation. I've always appreciated *Crime Beat* for it's wonderful journalism and no-frills, direct approach. Anthony Robart makes good presenter.
Its cases like this that go back in time to solve cases that people from that era must have thought would always remain a mystery and never be solved captivates and intrigues me. Even though we have advanced by leaps and bounds in such a short time with Forensic Science, I can't help but wonder what fascinating discoveries await us in times to come. It's very exciting to think what is going to be possible moving forward.Thank you Crime Beat.

I do. They were a museum display. They were sensational. Buried they can be exhumed. Buried at sea they can truly rest in peace with no one able to bother them or put them on display again.
@@wynterblackwell3640 Sure, but given how much their sister wanted to know what happened to them while she was alive, it would have been nice to be able to inter them all together. Serial killers kill children with axes. Not loving mothers.all reports of their family was that she adored her children and the family were close. There are so many ways this could have happened but without proof it's impossible to know.
