For your BB cards, you could use an envelope for pitchers and another for your fielders. That way the cards are not tight and bend.
I've done that with some teams including some hockey teams I've printed with 110lb card stock. Man that paper is thick.

Didn’t realize Strat did PDFs
Because of World War II they had to change their name and in 1946 they would have been the kitchen kids no longer the Kraut line😢
Is there any way to keep track of "Time on Ice" for each player? I didn't see that stat on the scoresheet.
