I mute out the left ear only audio. It helps me realize how the cameraman is just watching whatever they feel like looking at. Then there’s the random drone b-roll that has nothing to do with whatever the announcers are talking about. Then straight cuts back into random game play.
You don't need a fancy gun. Even the worst gun can be used to win games if you have a good barrel kit, so you can match your bore size to the paint Buy a good mask but not $200... Also, don't be scared to buy used paintball stuff
