- How to cook barberry rice with chicken, authentic Iranian food in the village
Today, together with my wife's mother, we cooked Zershak Pilu with chicken
Barshak pilaf with chicken is an authentic Iranian dish that has many fans in our country; Barsherk pilaf with chicken is relatively easy to cook and its taste is very delicious;
We also use this food in parties and big celebrations to entertain guests

ingredients:
Chicken barberry
Rice tomato paste spice
Saffron
How to prepare:
After seasoning, fry the chickens in hot oil;
Fry some tomato paste next to it, and after adding some water, close the paste and put it on low heat for cooking.
After washing the barberry, roast it very lightly and add some steamed rice and saffron to it
Place the cooked chickens on the steamed rice and decorate with a combination of rice, saffron and barberry
