I was there for the 2023 opening night of the Scarowinds Halloween Event, which is located at Carowinds in Charlotte, North Carolina! I share my in depth reviews of each of the 5 haunted houses, including the highly anticipated new one - Paranormal Inc.! Then, I share some must-know tips on you can save time & money while visiting this must-see event! If you're thinking about visiting Carowinds during Scarowinds, I highly recommend it! This is a great Halloween attraction to do in the Charlotte, North Carolina area! Plus, Fury 325 night rides are on a whole other level!

Rode Fury 20 times in a row last Sunday lol, I've never been so dead tired after getting off of a ride, and my brother actually threw up when we got home. 2nd favorite coaster, I like steel vengeance more

Went last Sunday & got to ride everything at least once even flat rides. Got 10x rides on Fury 325 without a fast pass. Pretty sure everyone was waiting for Scarowinds to open this weekend. Great time to go.
Maybe next year we will hit Carowinds. This year is Kings Dominion. Othr than CP and KI. Pro tip.... if you can do CP on Thursday night,you will actually get through the haunted houses easily. Early on Halloweekends that is.

Can you stay in the park if you are going for the day and night events as long as you put your bags in the car?
New this year you’re able to stay in the park in aeronautica landing with your bags but you have to be there by 4:45?

they do no allow filming during Scarowinds on the rides / haunt :)
If you buy and use a fast lane during the day before the park closes, can you also use it at Scarowinds? Just curious if it's eligible or if they switch the colors.
Fast lane and Fright lane are 2 separate passes. Fright lane only works for haunted houses and fast lane only works for actual carowinds rides!

Yes :) All major roller coasters and rides are open :)
I think it's a bit toned down..that's good for me! Jump scares are ok! I'm not a fan of a lot of smoke fog. I'd like to know where I'm going.
