@@MultiSkyman1 I do as well. This has been a fun kit to piece together. The 6” was recently acquired from a good friend. I rewrapped it to match my kit.
I was thinking you needed a 10x14, but then that would mess up the whole 8" depth thing. You definitely need a #14racktom though, so I guess you're just gonna have to get an 8x14.
@@drumminjc I never got on with 14" floor toms. They're too small/high pitched to be the end of a fill. A 14" rack tom though - think "One of These Nights" by the Eagles. Hitting the snare and a big ol' rack tom in unison is like the best thing ever.
I love full range of tom tom tones. That 6 inch tom is kind of of rare. A special order from DW I bet!

@@drumminjc Yes, sometimes you can put a new kit together when you rewrap the finish which I have done a few times. Are you in US or Europe?
@@MultiSkyman1 I’m in the US. I live in Georgia.
Drummers, like this video and use it as a reference to tune your drums. Don’t wait till you change your heads because we know that’ll never happen.
Your DWs look and sound great. I've never seen a 6" rack or 20" floor tom from DW before. Custom build?
@@DAGDRUM53 thank you! They were custom for someone. I bought them both second-hand

@@dww0902 idk, I like the pitch difference between the 12 and 16. I’ve kind of lost the love for 14” toms. Particularly 14” floor toms.

@@dww0902 that would be pretty awesome
I just bought a vintage Slingerland kit with 12x8, 13x9 and 14x10 toms. My first 14x10 tom and I love it. Not too common today.
