I can never understand stand why Punjabi Sikhs know nothing about sikhi. We all don't even speak the language, and yet we can read Gurmukhi we do paath and everything. It is impossible for a Sikh to ever feel depressed. It's total anathema to Sikhi.
But this is very old information. We've known all of this for decades. And if you just do paath, it rewires your brain. Which we've also known for decades.
