So good! Does anyone know the chords for quit on us?
The progression is very straightforward though is in a weird key (D# minor or D# dorian if you will). It's like she took all white keys from the piano and moved it up one fret on the guitar if that makes sense.
The intro and the verse is just D#m9 C#maj7 loop. She plays a very common fiddle on that last chord with a pinky on B sting that changes that M3(e#) to M2/9(d#) and also sometimes chromatically approaches the root of that first chord - c# d d#.
The hook (0:36) is A#m7 E#m D#m7 E#m7
(E#m is basically the same as Fm chord, it's just that note has to be called e# and not f in this key. She plays quite a shallow voicing of that E#min for some reason, probably for voice leading, with A# in the bass x-11-15-x-13-x and her fingers slip sometimes and open G string rings, but it's cute)
Verse (0:47) is F#m7 D#m7 A#m9 D#dim7/A (voiced x-12-13-11-13-x) loop repeated two times. And then back to the intro/verse loop.
