Personally I hate the flashes. They just look like cheap nike ripoffs and I don’t love how the lighning bolt takes up half of the upper. I loved the old ones, but these are a massive downgrade.

The reason people probably hate on the BOOK1 is because Devin Booker be talking WAY TOO MUCH junk for someone who hasn't won anything. And he's had MULTIPLE talented teams to work with. 😑
But for me, the BOOK1 isn't really all that bad. I would still pass on them because the tech amounts to a performance 'starter kit'.
